“Always a good day when we come here. Parking is on the expensive side, over £2 for 1 hour. Can't remember if it was £2.20 or £2.50. Kids love it here. My grandad passed away last month and we used to come here with him alot. We even celebrated his 80th birthday here during covid. We came last weekend to remember grandad and share memories with a nice walk around the lake.”

“Been here few times before and it was good, but nothing special. However today it was absolutely amazing. Delicious food and very big portions. Best burrata mozzarella with tomato I ever had. Great service too.”

There are plenty of plant based options, gluten free options etc and they will happily make changes to suit. Full English breakfast again was awesome. “Did a group food cooking class for 6 people with Pet. Had a fantastic time. The food we made (vegan red Thai curry) was delicious and Pet did a fantastic job explaining how to cook everything well and to each person's individual tastes. The mocktails we had were delicious. I would definitely consider doing another class for a different dish again.”

“Shoutout to Aaron the manager who goes above and beyond and is an asset the Greene King. This is a very friendly pub, with a convenient car park and plentiful menu. Their portions are great, you won’t be hungry after! Very dog friendly too with a special doggy treats area. Nice selection of alcohol free drinks too. A proper pub.”

“This is always great place to stop over with a free car park. And the huge perk is the cinema which is there. This Costa is great with so many options available, vegan milk . . Coconut, soya, almond . . Gingerbread nut cracker hot chocolate with vegan cream was simply delicious.”
