Appointment consultations and medications outside of these are priced separately and, fortunately, not needed very often as they cost more.”

I don’t ever doubt being referred to the Ralph and i’ve been to a few other referrals before. There is no hesitation. Through a long battle of ups and downs with my boy Snow, some incredible surgeons and clinicians, he has a good quality of life that he wouldn’t have had-he quite literally wouldn’t be here without them. “I transferred to this vet around 4 or 5 years ago during a very stressful time with my cat (he was very sick) after I wasn't fully satisfied with the care at my previous vets. Honestly, it was one of the hardest years of my life, and they truly did all they could to help and support both my darling Finnian and myself. Sadly, I did lose him to an unknown illness, but I will always owe that extra year I got with him to this amazing group of people. He had to be put down in the early hours of the morning during lockdown and saying goodbye to him in the car park knowing how scared he must have been was the absolute worst thing but I know he was so loved and cared for by the team until the very end. I can not thank the everyone at Donnigton and Eastcot vets enough. I will continually proudly take all my pets to them, knowing they will always get the best care. You should all be very proud of what you are achieving, simply outstanding.”

“Our staffy puppy Whisky was being sick all day yesterday so we called up and asked for an emergency appointment. Initially I felt like I was being over dramatic as was told that symptoms weren't serious so an 11:30 appointment would do, we showed up early anyway as this is our first puppy and we were very worried. Although I felt like the reception staff were annoyed by my actions as myself and my boyfriend felt this was quite evident by the way they spoke to me vet Oscar quickly calmed our concerns and we left with a happy healthy puppy. It's a shame that my feelings were invalidated and I was spoken to in a dismissive and curt manner but all in all we came out feeling quite positive and can totally understand why reception staff were annoyed by my actions.”
