“I contacted the Automotive expert on a friday at 2 pm to ask for help. My ignition barrel had seized and the car wouldn't turn off for almost 20 minutes until I managed to turn it. So essentially the car was stuck and I couldn't go anywhere. I was contacted back about half hour later to say they have the parts and if they couldn't get to me that day they'd be out the following morning with a courtesy call before had to let me know they were on the way. Saturday 11am phone call and about half hour later they arrived. Very professional and quick. Sorted the job out. A warning light came on the dash. Investigated to make sure nothing was wrong. Quick test drive later light out car fixed. So grateful for such a quick turn around. I thought I could be without a car for weeks. Thank you again.”

“First class MOT service from the team down at Fast Fit. Guarantee if you take your car here they won't invent faults to try and get business. I knew of two possible advisories before the MOT and they found and recorded both. In both cases told me that there was no immediate concern and would probably last a good couple of years but to keep an eye on it. Good honest mechanics are hard to find in this day and age. This team is definitely on the good side! Would highly recommend this MOT centre if you are in or around the Basingstoke area! They could have easily charged me for even just their time or something basic but didn’t! I highly recommend them. When I have had work needing done they’re always fair priced as well.”

“Visited this garage this morning after hearing strange noises from my Mini Cooper. Frustratingly the noise couldn’t be replicated at the garage but the mechanics and front of house guys were all super friendly and helpful and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting anyone’s time. In my case there were unexpected/unrelated inadvertent minor issues following the (excellent body work repair) - whereby the car wouldn't start for staff when I had already been asked to collect the car for the completed job. Halo then took steps and went the extra mile in making sure the car was driveable for me . This took a further week. During that time I was able to keep the courtesy car as is essential to my caring job in the Community (so there was positive local impact). The issue had been diagnosed a few days earlier, and today he replaced the drum quickly and efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled. “I have an S4 B9 which has the infamous cooling and rocker arms issues that have been reported recently. In my case, the cooling system had failed because of a blown PCV seal and malfunctioning water pump. I'd taken it to 3 separate garages in the weeks since I'd bought the car, and SJB Autotech were the only ones out of them all who were able to accurately diagnose the issue. I had them fix the problem and it's been fine ever since. Highly recommended.”
