They didn’t have the boots in stock in my size but did give me the same boot to try in for size in the plain version and gave me helpful suggestions about the fitting and breaking them in. The lovely lady then ordered the boots online for me which arrived 24 hours later to my home, and for an added bonus too BLC discount too! I would highly recommend.”

“I couldn't find what I wanted so asked an assistant, she was wonderful. She went through to the store room and was gone for a good 15 minutes. When she came back she had the shoes I wanted in the correct size and colour, I was over the moon.”

“I don't normally post reviews, but I think we should all be making an effort to let people know when we have had fantastic service (as let's be honest it's a rarity these days). I called into Deichmann in Barnsley after work today, purchased 2 pairs of boots and the staff member who helped me was great (I don't know his name but he was tall with dark hair). He was happy to get a shoe box down for me which I was struggling with and waterproofed my shoes for me at the till point. He was polite and chatty and explained things well and asked if I needed a bag. He also ran round the counter to hand the bag to me. I should say as well I felt very safe in store, room to social distance, hand sanitizer provided and it was explained that if you are wearing socks you are welcome to try shoes on. I left feeling very pleased with my experience and would definitely call in again. Well done Deichmann! 5 star service! :)”

“I used the lift for my party of 3people to visit upstairs area of next,made a couple of purchases from the sale shelfs,found the lady on the till very pleasant & jolly to say she was having to work on boxing day ! ..we then went across into costa for a cuppa, which was quite busy,counter serving staff were very pleasant & even later gave table service delivery with our toasts & tea cake order after our drinks were made ! .....Only down side was the rude lady pensioner with a walking stick who barged in & set up camp on 1 of the 2 tables we already had wile i was @ the counter , forcing 3 of us round a table for 2 with our drinks ,luckily a larger table for 3 came available for us to move before the hot food arrived , why do these old folk think they have the rite over everyone else who's younger ? it beats me how rude & arrogant they can be .”

“I came in today, was really struggling to find somthing to go with a leather jacket I bought. I asked a member of staff for help to what would go with it. She was so polite, walked around shop helping me look. She put some tops under the jacket to show me what it would look like. She picked somthing out that I would never normally choose myself.
