“For me, best cafe in Rotherham town centre. I can't comment on it as a bar (never been on an evening), but it's my go-to for a Saturday morning breakfast. Independent, friendly, good food, reasonably priced. The staff have a good rapport with regulars. Decent music a lot of the time too, which makes a nice change for cafes. I recommend their full breakfasts - I'm not a small fella, and their large breakfast is too much for me! They take card payments, but cash is preferred if possible.”

“The best pizza - Luigi hand stretches all the bases personally, unlike most of the pizza shops around here that use pre-made bases. The prices have barely increased in the 30+ years that this place has been open. He doesn't deliver, he doesn't need to, its that popular. If you want a Friday tea-time pizza phone it in or you will be waiting, it's that popular.”

“It's a clean little sarnie shop. Pop in and order, freshly prepared, then and there. The best bacon, egg, and tomato butty I've ever had. A stack of perfectly cooked bacon and a runny egg. They really take care preparing, neat and tidy and delicious.”

“We’ve enjoyed several lunches and some afternoon teas, coffees and cake over the last couple of years. Everything has been of a consistently high standard. The food is bursting with flavors, colorful, fresh ingredients, absolutely delicious, and such inventive recipes. I love the tomato dish, and the riverside salad was exceptional. The cake selection varies and the only problem is deciding which one to get as they are all so good. Service is helpful and friendly. A wonderful cafe.”

“Been going here nearly all my life and it’s the best fish and chips shop in Sheffield. I’ve always had fish and chips and they have always been amazing. Now I’ve started having chicken nuggets and the nuggets are so delicious, warm and fresh. I love going here and so does all my family. The owner is amazing, so kind and welcoming!!!”

Janine was a fantastic host, really chatty and so friendly, the atmosphere was very welcoming and everyone we encountered was lovely! The food was definitely in its own league, great portion sizes for the tapas, and everything we ordered was delicious! Cocktails were 5/5 we recommend the Rosé Sangria you won't regret it! “This was such an amazing find! My partner found this beauty by mistake when we were looking at going out for food at lunch and it was even better than expected! The food was amazing, choice was good (I'm veggy so always a tiny issue at times) and absolutely delicious. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and could not do enough to help. Plus, the view of the planes and the runway was amazing along with earwigging on the members there which was so interesting. We'll definitely be back!”

Brilliant details - cloud lightshades against a bright blue ceiling, emerald tabletops, creative cakes, fab eclectic playlist, and rainbows everywhere. Serves Camden brewery beers, and has some cracking cocktail ingredients. Totally loved it.”
