Once to see what was suitable & available, second to purchase as we found the whole experience great and the item wanted just right. Gemma served us both times and was so thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. She did not pressure sell which is a big thing. We bought a La_z_boy motorised head and tilt loveseat which serves my needs completely. I am disabled and needed to buy the 'right' chair as I sit in it a lot every day. The price was good and even the extra for the head tilt and lumber mechanism was reasonable. I also purchased the insurance as it covers let damage as well as the usual things. The time it will take for my chair to be made and diverted is acceptable. I am really looking forward to it's arrival. Gemma made a positive impressin on us lovely. DELIVERY My new live seat was delivered this morning by Sam and Kami, who gave a pre arrival phone call which was much appreciated. “We have just had our kitchen designed and refitted by Matthew and his team at Interior Solutions, Wickersley. Right from the beginning, Mat, Tony, Nick, Mark, Gary and Elliot have been fantastic. They were all considerate, polite, efficient and hard working. We found that we had nothing to worry about as they did everything and dealt with any issues that arose with professionalism and efficiency. Matthew frequently liaised with his team to keep things running smoothly. They removed the old kitchen, refitted electrics and re plastered as necessary. They then fitted the new units, lights, appliances and flooring. We are delighted with the finished result.”

The care in the plynth being edged, the bevel on the shaker doors and the knowledge of there product they had for any inquiries I had ticked all the boxes. “Needed a hotel in Sheffield for two nights while I came down to purchase a new car. This hotel is in a great location, shops, food places and so much more all within walking distance. I was able to walk to it easily from Sheffield station. Staff at reception are very polite, professional and helped with any questions I had. Booked me taxis when required with no hassle. Room was big and exactly what I booked. Would be good if TVs had Netflix etc but wasn’t a huge deal. Beds EXTREMELY comfortable and had a great two nights sleep. Highly recommend the leonardo hotel”
