“I had 3 pairs of Mendl boots needing repair. Two pairs required complete resole and 1 lightweight pair required some serious patching to split uppers. I genuinely thought the lightweight boots were beyond repair and destined for the bin!. Andy was extremely helpful in advising me. All repairs were made to a high standard. I now have 3 pairs of repaired (as new) boots for the cost of one new pair of Mendl boots. I cannot praise the service and customer centricity enough. Thoroughly excellent and traditional company to deal with and can recommend them for any repairs.”

One bonus is at certain times of year when you take items of outdoor clothing in for them to donate to outdoor charities they deduct 15% off retail price clothing & they don't have to be Rohan brand & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE!!”

Immediately she met my needs & was very efficient, She was so helpful & informative & answered all my questions about a pair of Ugg boots. She was also extremely patient with me because I was undecided. I left the shop to have a think about the boots. I decided to return to the shop & make my purchase. I headed straight to the lovely member of staff who I dealt with before & she remembered me straight away & what I wanted to purchase. The girl who served me was called Kira.
