“Fantastic breakfast here we come every Sunday with the kids before shopping. Kelsie and the girls are always welcoming and can't do enough to make sure all your needs are met”
“An absolute gem of a cafe, service and quality impeccable. Reasonable prices in very comfortable surroundings. The team are really helpful and friendly and the homemade cakes are simply out of this world.”
“I always go here never let me down once me and my friend usually go in for the knockout cob and it’s never disappointed, amazing staff amazing atmosphere honestly love this place”
“Popped in here with the wife, off the back of recommendations from friends of ours and wasn't disappointed...… I went for the big breakfast (great portion) and the wife went for the burger and fries meal, which looked as good as something you'd see in one of the top burger joints...…Clean, great friendly staff and well priced considering the current climate...…will defiantly be returning soon to try chicken tikka masala fries”
“Brilliant time, Nice music and people, I can't wait to go again”
“Absolutely thankyou for a lovely breakfast , great value and a nice welcome and company .”
“An amazing place. The customers were all very friendly and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The coffee is first rate, my toasted tea cake was excellent and they had some lovely gluten free fruit loaf. The decor alone is worth a visit and the prices are cheap compared to the well know chain coffee shops.”
“Absolutely Brilliant! Such nice staff such good tea!!”
“A hidden treasure in Sheffield with the absolute best coffee in town! The beans were freshly roasted on premise by Frazer and you could smell and taste his profound coffee passion in the brew. BTW he has won multiple awards too. Frazer was very generous in sharing his coffee insights, travel and stories with us. He even took us for a tour of his workshop as he was taking a break - what a generous kind hearted man! We saw his home made roaster machine, a contraption designed and made out of passion.. just what an artisan craftsman does best. I took home a bag of his freshly roasted decaf beans straight out of the workshop. Thank you Frazer!”
“Small cosy little place, great in winter. They do a fantastic breakfast and the tea/coffee is also superb. The atmosphere is obviously very good with it being such a small place and despite them always being busy, the service is very quick! Would highly recommend Taste if you're at a loose end in Retford.”
“We called in today to support this new venture and although one of the owners is my sister I like to think my review is honest and unbiased, Debra and June have got everything spot on the décor is brilliant and the Coffee and cream scones we had were worth the drive up from Leicester. Well done both of you, with the hard work and thought that you've obviously put into providing a nice experience for customers you deserve to be a success.”
“Lovely food and great friendly staff.”
“Lovely food and great coffee. Always reasonably priced with great staff”
“Wow. Lucas and team did a superb job or facilitating my sons 7th birthday party. It was just amazing from start to finish. The kids and adults all had a great time. Thank you so much for making it special and going above and beyond to make it the best experience. We will be back and we would highly recommend”
“Lovely place. Good food, served quickly. Quick friendly service from the staff. recently had a refurb with new tables, chairs and cutlery which are all nice. a good idea to book as its often full but there is outside seating and takeaway options”
“i love this place. it’s less busy than other cafes like hygge or marmadukes (love their coffee, but the atmosphere isn’t particular favourable when I’ve a migraine and I’m trying to be productive in peace). their coffee is so silky and smooth aaaa, and their staff’s lovely. I particularly love the courtyard, and don’t think any other place has anything similar in town, maybe except steam yard but I’m not a fan of how busy that street gets. This reminds me of small European town, idk man really love mows it’s a bit selfish but im always gatekeeping cus its so special to me. Heard recent talk about them changing locations but I hope they still keep this one”
“Beautiful little coffee house, lovely staff and clean and spacious. Nice decor and food is lovely.”
“We eat here once or twice a month and they never disappoint! Good portion is sized perfectly, the food is delicious and the staff are lovely. The place is kept clean, and service is fast. Would definitely recommend! Be mindful that it’s cash only :)”
“We had a great stay at The Old Bakery. The rooms are fantastic value and we were so pleasantly surprised, really lovely finishing touches too. The location is great! I would definitely recommend and stay again.”
“1 of my favourite places to east when I'm at that end of town. Great food, and some brilliant veggie options for those who want them. Their spicy veggie sausage rolls are nicer than most meat ones by far. Great service, keep up the amazing work”
“Had a lovely pre-Christmas lunch here and was very pleased with the quality of the food. There was a nice atmosphere in the cafe too.”
“Coffee and cake at 10 am. Beautiful cafe, nice menu but we were there for cake. Lattes were really delicious, best I've had for a long time. My friends blueberry scone looked fabulous. I am coeliac, the only option was chocolate brownie. It was fine but I would have liked more choice.”
“Warm, busy environment, decent priced food. And in the very centre of uni. Quick service too.”
“I love this place. The cake and the brownies are fantastic, the meal options are generously sized and everything is really well priced. I also love the rotating specials, there's always something new to discover.”
“Excellent cafe - I come here often as it’s close by and one of the best (if not THE best) cafe in Worksop. Friendly staff, nice modern interior and quality coffees. Only small complaint is that I can’t comment on the food as doesn’t seem to be many vegan options on the menu (none are labelled as such anyway) - just one or two options that are clearly labelled would be really appreciated! Everyone I’ve been with has enjoyed their food though and always looks well presented and freshly made. Can get busy so sometimes waiting a while but it’s worth the wait.”
“It's a very lovely place but not sure if it's for everyone it's not trendy and not a place for coffee lovers and is run by the church and senior people”
“Came in today at half eight and Amy was absolutely brilliant and so friendly!! Her other co worker was amazing too but I didn’t catch his name :(( hope they both have a good rest of their evening after making mine :D”
“As a regular customer at Costa Coffee I find that Costa Coffee is consistent with their shops wherever the location, vast selection of coffees and other hot and cold drinks, hot and cold food selection, plenty of indoor seating, toilets inside the store.”
“Best club in balby , warm welcome and a safe environment, run perfectly a great club”
“Came to this cafe after being turned away from a few, as I had my dog with me whilst he awaited a scan at the nearby vets. Lovely bacon sandwich with a choice of white or brown bread. A nice cup of coffee and such friendly staff. Thank you”
