The pub has a lovely ambience and if you have young children the outside play area is excellent. Food is of good quality and there is lots of choice. Highly recommend visiting.”

“Took my elderly Uncle and friends to have lunch. The staff were ready with a ramp for his mobility scooter and were attentive throughout our visit. The roast beef was delicious and pudding to die for. Compared to London prices (where I live) this was a very reasonably priced visit. Go give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!”

“Had my first takeaway from here, and it was so delicious . The garlic chilli chicken with the peshawari narn also with Raitha made a perfect meal I highly recommend it if you like a kick of heat with lots of flavours. My husband had the Dhansk also delicious. We shall definitely go again.”

“One of the better Chinese take outs in the area. Always busy on a weekend which is a good guide to the quality of the food. We opt to collect as delivery times are often quite long due to demand. Take out however is typically 30 minutes from order. We have found their predictions are normally spot on. The rice tastes nice and fresh, both egg fried and boiled. The chicken is always nice and soft with a decent amount of chicken in each dish. Similar with the beef. The duck in orange sauce is also a good shout.”

“This restaurant is now under new ownership with beautiful new décor, and it was honestly the best Chinese food I’ve ever had! The chef personally came out, and when we asked if he could prepare a dish that wasn’t even on the menu, he was more than happy to do so. “Went here for a work lunch and was really impressed. Despite being a large group with a pre-order, the service was excellent, attentive, efficient, and well-organised. Our food came out quickly, and the staff checked in on us throughout. The food itself was delicious and, considering the price, offered great value for money. “Had a takeaway delivered last night to Fair Oak whilst visiting my mother. Have been ordering from these folks for probably over 10 years. Without doubt he best takeaway I've ever eaten from. Food gas always been to quality and far better than any other. I've lived in Complain, Wickham, Waterlooville as well as Chichester and nothing has ever been as good. Outstanding best takeaway curry ever.”

“First time buying, slightly apprehensive reading past reviews! However the food was beautiful and the curry sauce is the best I've ever had. Very friendly staff and good prices. The Special fried rice is very tasty and packed with meat and seafood - even better for breakfast! My partner had ribs in curry sauce and was given a huge portion of 7 big ribs. With chips and prawn crackers, we had enough for dinner/breakfast and lunch - for only £17. Will definitely recommend.”

“Great food and service with a 2 for £30 deal. There was a good choice with steak, burgers and other options. We were told clearly what was in the deal and served quickly. The drinks came quickly and the food took around 20 minutes to arrive. We had starters and main courses and all was cooked perfectly. The portions were filling and I'd never tasted such tender rump steak. Not at all fatty. The surf and turf burger with the King Prawns and proper grilled beef burger was also full of flavour. I wish there was a Beefeater like this nearer to where we usually live.”

“We visited the Swan Centre in Eastleigh on the last day of our Winchester trip with the kids, and it turned out to be a lovely experience. There was plenty of pay and display parking available on the ground floor, which made things easy right from the start. We did some shopping and had food here – everything was convenient and family-friendly. What really stood out was how peaceful and quiet it was, almost miraculously so, considering it’s a busy area. It gave us a chance to relax and enjoy our time without any rush. A great spot for families looking for a relaxed shopping and dining experience!”
