“Ok very nice employees and God food for a smoler neighborhood shop and you can't pick order's from Virgin media any etc”
“I’ve used Lidl since its opening at Kidsgrove for just about all our food needs. Keen pricing with great savings against the likes of Tesco, Morrisons etc. Clean, welcoming store. Very well set out. Mgr Dave & his team are so friendly & it makes all the difference.”
“Was recommended to this shop by. SENCO lead in East Cheshire. My daughter is on the pathway and it usually can take 2 hours of school shoe shopping; with tears. Tantrums. Meltdowns and walking out of the door empty handed. Well not today. We were in and out in half an hour for 2 kids. Lady was lovely, didn't over stimulate or over load. Both kids came out with the first pair they tried on. I'm amazed.”
“I just wanted to pass on some heartfelt thanks for the wonderful service we received at your store around 5pm today. I brought my 1-year-old nephew in to get his first pair of shoes, and we were greeted and helped by a lovely young lady who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful and friendly — her warmth and patience made the experience really special. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but I wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Please pass on our thanks — she’s an absolute credit to your team!”
“Today I visited poundland tunstall and as I'm an older gentleman I was struggling to find several items so I approached a member of staff and she couldn't of been more helpful. Every item I was looking for the store had and very reasonably priced even the shower curtain so I would like to thank Catlin for assisting me very professional in her role and very polite so once again thanks Catlin .”
“I wouldn't go anywhere else now to get my monthly prescriptions dispensed. Mo and his team are super helpful and friendly and I've had both of my Covid vaccinations here too! Highly recommended for anyone looking to get prescriptions dispensed quickly!”
“So many great offers, definitely my go to for shopping currently! Well stocked, friendly staff, competitively priced too!”
“Everyone love my dressing. I always want to match with my daughter. But I never found any shop in Canada. I would love to shop again with you guys. Thank you so much for beautiful dressing.❤️”
“Staff here are lovely and so polite. Great store has many basic items and huge range of food, drinks and home decor. Love it!!”
“WOW can't rate high enough after today's visit . Busiest I've ever seen and queues at checkouts were long but shelves still well stocked and managers/ supervisors were organising more tills to be opened thanked everybody for waiting and even came round offering customers sweets. More stores need to take note”
“Great selection of Christmas decorations and light at affordable prices. Great cat litter box at a good price, too. I bought lots of candles and toiletries. I really enjoy going to this home bargains store. I would highly recommend it.”
“Well it was great my parents let me get anything I want they never say no!!!!!!”
“Great choice of spices. The veg and meat looked really fresh. Very impressed.”
“I'm so happy to have a recently opened Aldi in our area. I popped in today for a few items, quite busy but I didn't have to wait long at the checkout. My only issue is with the smaller sized trollies, the loop of the basket in the centre of the trolley near the handle, where I normally hang my shopping bag, stops short at the top of the trolley, the larger trollies extend up from the basket by a couple of inches forming a "peg" to hang your empty shopping bag on as you walk around. It's only a little thing, just aggravating and, as the loop is there, why didn't it extend like all the other, larger, trollies. I feel that the layout of the parking spaces is better, it seems to accommodate today's bigger vehicles. A good experience which I shall be regularly repeating, despite the trolley issue. Thank you Aldi. Visited again today, lots of Halloween and Christmas stock on the shelves, I remembered the all butter, sloe gin, mince pies from last year and bought some, which we had for after dinner today, every bit as lovely as I remembered. Thank you. 29/09/23 Yesterday I shopped at Aldi in Biddulph, I bought £103.00 worth of excellent goods, unfortunately one of my items, a German peppered Salami had not sealed properly, which I took back today, the manager I spoke to exchanged it immediately and told me to tell the cashier that the exchange had been authorised by a manager, perfect, so pleased, I "bought" another pack and 4 lots of butter for my Christmas cakes. Customer service was excellent as were customers who, once they noticed I had only 4 X butter in my shopping allowed me to "jump the queue' I was so happy that when another lady liked my shopping bag I gave it to her. Thank you Aldi. 4/3/24 I visited Aldi again today and managed to spend an awful lot of money, however, there were bargains galore, I bought an excellent Italian red wine on offer down from £6.79 to £3.99 and a New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc down from £9.99 to £3.99 wow who would have thought that you could buy a decent bottle of wine at £3.99??? There were chutneys and curry sauces etc on special offers, all of which I bought, a most satisfactory shop today. At the check out all of the serviced tills were closed, I was fearing the new self check out until a delightful assistant came to my rescue and helped me to put all of my shopping through the self check out till, thank you.”
“Really nice options and pretty cheap”
“This store is great if your looking for bargains”
“Great choice of goods and lovely staff.”
“Plenty of time limited parking. Wheelchair friendly- no ramps or steps and here is automatic doors. Wide Isles not cluttered with baskets of offers etc. Recently introduced self service checkouts but of the 7 there are only 3 that take cash and there is always a queue for those. Clean well lit store that have weekly new 'special' products. fresh fruit & veg very good and big range plus prices overall are very reasonable. Never been disappointed with anything I've bought there”
“Probably the best Lidl I've been to. It's big and new. The range is plentiful and every week they really add some new country's food. There are self-service classes and plenty of parking. As for Lidl, it's a great shop, but probably because it's new.”
“Whish it was still in the original building but there's no stopping progress it doesn't seem to stock as much as the old one but the staff are lovely and friendly.”
“Great new store, with a top floor dedicated to pep & co clothing. Bright airy and spacious layout and friendly staff. Good choice and variety of items. Just remember not everything is £1 anymore”
“Served by the lovely lady julie today. What a treasure she is to your business. She is always happy and friendly to me and my family when we visit. She always makes a fuss of my lad and it makes him smile every time we visit.”
“Staff are always friendly and helpful and prices are really competitive, definitely recommend”
“Best place around for high-quality toys to help young minds develop properly, and chemical-free organic GOTS-certified kids clothes. Staff are also very caring and helpful.”
“Great staff, reasonable prices.”
“Good shop. Pay attention to the conditions for parking. You have up 15 min free. Then you need to spend £5 and get a scanable ticket for the car park machine or you will get a significant fine. Don't get caught out.”
“Reasonably priced, well staffed, and a very normal perishable range for a corner shop. Really nice little store. Brand new. I'm reviewing during Covid19 lockdown, and they've been handling it really well. Thank you for being a lifeline for everyone. Also in normal circumstances the shop is very organised, clean, bright, and well-staffed. Product range is very nice for a small store, and covers pretty much anything you might need for a weekly top-up. Staff are always really nice. You could definitely do your entire weekly groceries here, but it's still a local corner shop, not a supermarket. So don't be silly, and have reasonable expectations.”
“Clean store with ample parking, always friendly staff with a smile. Always enjoyable.”
“Next at Queens in Stafford is a shop for everyone. I am able bodied but have noticed the shop caters for people with all disabilities. There is a lift, an esculater, and a staircase. It's easy to navigate around the store and have personally found the staff very helpful and always approachable. There is plenty of parking and does have the added facility of a Costa where again the staff are very helpful so a win win all round.”
“Lots of products to choose from - at prices you wouldn’t believe. Friendly staff and very good access to the shop with free car park.”
