Convenience store in Stafford

“Apart from selling stationary (Yes! Ryman sell stationary, unheard of right!!) this Ryman has a Western Union Counter. Unlike some of the smaller shops who just tell you theirs is broken or they don't have any money, this WU works! This review will be focusing on my experience in this store with WU. The staff knew what they were doing (which is more than the other shops I tried) and the whole process of receiving funds was simple. Staff were polite and the store was very clean and tidy too. There were a few folk loitering about near the enterence awaiting their vice but the store can't help this. I would recommend Ryman as a Western Union store and the sheer range of stationary available is mind blowing. Who knew you need more than a pen, pencil and ruler!”

“Where do we start, what an incredible team from start to finish, we had a lovely smooth process and they helped in every way they could, guided us, made sure everything exactly as we wanted, nothing was too big or small, they were phenomenal as a company, we really appreciate everything you guys have done for us, with having a toddler they made it so easy for us and the finish of the work was just incredible, everything we asked for and we have so many compliments, honestly if you want your kitchen doing and you don’t know who to choose these are your people, just a lovely bunch of people who actually care about you and your home and work with the budget you have and go through every last detail. “I needed a tumble dryer so I went to Curry's, they've had a huge selection of them on display but absolutely nothing in stock. So I went to this "good old retailer" (as the other reviewer called it), simply bought one and walked out, no hassle even though it was after closing time. Very good and nice service.”

“Good shop. Pay attention to the conditions for parking. You have up 15 min free. Then you need to spend £5 and get a scanable ticket for the car park machine or you will get a significant fine. Don't get caught out.”

“Next at Queens in Stafford is a shop for everyone. I am able bodied but have noticed the shop caters for people with all disabilities. There is a lift, an esculater, and a staircase. It's easy to navigate around the store and have personally found the staff very helpful and always approachable. There is plenty of parking and does have the added facility of a Costa where again the staff are very helpful so a win win all round.”

“We hired the boat "Molly May" through Waterways Holidays from Norbury Wharf.. We arrived and we met by friendly approachable staff. The Boat was ready to go and was spotless.. We loaded up and Phil showed us all we needed to know, he was very thorough and left us full of confidence for the week ahead. On return we were helped into the boat yard and had to admit to a lost windlass and 2 broken glasses!! The staff were very good about it and didn't charge us and even offered 5% off our next to holiday with them! The cafe and chandlery were also excellent.. Many thanks for a great wk of off grid solitude!!”

“A convenient well stocked shop. Usually use the self service checkouts but today there was a queue - a very polite young man called me over to the till was really pleasant & packed my items for me. He was a great advert for your company (I work in retail myself) excellent customer service. I didnt catch a name badge but he was blonde & working at 4.30 pm.”

“My mum and I went into Stafford for a bit of shopping. We came to river island and was pleased with the items we found and was greeted by jeanie with a 15% discount which was always grateful. We decided to leave and come back to check on another item and if we can use the discount again which they accepted. They then surprised us with an early Christmas present of a £50 voucher which was well spent so thank you to River island and Jeanie for the surprise.”

“Quite a new store with a petrol station to boot! Friendly and helpful staff and there are self checkout counters available. Good variety of items that I don't seem to get at my local Coop where I live. The take away coffee is not of a famous big brand but from a lesser known brand and to my surprise a very good coffee at that. It is very busy late afternoon when most people are on their way home from work but not so much in the morning when I stop for a coffee on my daily commute to Stafford.”

“Fantastic customer service from Bev today that went above and beyond for me. I was feeling frazzled in the bra fitting rooms and she approached to see if I needed help. Found out I've been wearing completely the wrong size and have purchased 3 new bras thanks to Bev, all soooo comfortable and supportive. Thank you so much!”

“I've recently purchased quite a few items from this company and I accidentally put the wrong address, I called up and got through to Abbey. She quickly changed the address to ensure my items go to the right place. I then as you do started to get carried away and wanted more products from their range. One of them was an item that I wasn't too sure on fitting my truck. I called customer service for some advice and again got Abbey, I found her so friendly, knowledgeable and frankly a credit to this company. I emailed the info Abbey requested and had a response stating Abbey was on annual leave. Someone else picked up the email, responded quickly with options and solutions. Im expecting my items to arrive today but I know it'll all be perfectly and I find myself so happy with the customer service that I don't even need to see my items before I give a massive credit to this company. Thank you for you excellent customer service I can't wait to buy more from you.”

“Excellent sevice from the pharmacist at Beaconside. She researched the new RSV vaccine for me and made an appointment straight away. I needed it because although I keep myself fit and active I have had severe chest infections this year and last year causing hospital admissions but had to pay privately because the Government do not allow it for over 79 year olds although it is recommended in America for all over 75. Another blow against the elderly”

“I don't usually come in to Tesco but had the best customer service ever today. I had an issue with my mobile phone app and the lady on the counter was so patient and waited for my to sort the barcode out. I then went to the kiosk to purchase some other items and the lady there was just as friendly. The only thing I was dissapointed about was the stock availability. Its the same everywhere these days though so didn't bother me too much.”
