I live in Telford so as you can imagine not ideal. The lady and gentleman who stayed behind after hours to ensure I had a new tyre are real life SUPERHEROES! I was in at half 5 back on the road by 6!! I’m not sure if it’s their own business or not but it’s exactly how a business should be ran fast, efficient, friendly service. Dr Madhurima got me through a root canal filling, a filling and an extraction and I now feel that no matter what goes wrong in the future with my teeth I am able to get it sorted. Her calmness and lovely dental nurse made all the treatments something I could cope with due to the calmness and time taken to reassure me and get me comfortable. I’m now hoping to get them straightened and have a smile to be proud of.”

“I visited today to collect a number plate which I had ordered online. A very polite young man made up the plate for me. He was very efficient and capable, unfortunately I did not get his name. While I was being dealt with a young lady named Melanie was dealing with an elderly gentleman who needed a refund. She received some loud comments from a woman in the queue who took exception to Melanie asking the gentleman the necessary questions required for a refund. The woman said she would complain. I found it uncomfortable for Melanie who was doing her job and embarrassing for the elderly gentleman who asked for a refund. Melanie behaved impeccably and professionally and dealt with the situation very well. I returned later as agreed to have the plate fitted. It was Melanie who fitted the plate and she did it perfectly and was very efficient and capable. My experience in store today was very pleasant because of Melanie and the young man who made my plate.”
