“After being left hanging at Longton Argos who clearly just didn't want to help, we drove to Stoke Sainsburys Argos. A man named Chris spoke to us, gave us advice on how to get an online purchase, then attempted to order our item for us in store. He arranged for the item to be delivered to my house saving me the hassle of trying to do online stuff. Very grateful to him, I believe he went above and beyond! He certainly didnt reflect his Grumpy Elf tshirt! Longton staff, shame on you.”

“Ordered our sofas from this store and we had the great pleasure of being served by James. James was absolutely incredible & his knowledge of every range, what the sofas are made out of and the aftercare is commendable. James was super patient with us (we were in the store for nearly 5 hours) he drew designs & our living room layout on his iPad to really help us visualise what the sofas would look like. James also has an incredible ability of mental maths so really helped us to understand how the sofas would fit & how much room we’d have either side etc. He also wasn’t afraid to say his opinion about weather he thought the sizing would look right (as we were thinking about a bigger sofa) - it’s a good job we listened to James as his expertise was right and a bigger one wouldn’t have fitted right. He also explained how in his spare time he researches ‘what’s on trend’ which actually have us the great idea of using our footstool (from the Oscar range) as a display table too. James is really passionate about what he does & made our experience so much easier! We now have two lovely sofas & a footstool from the Oscar range that fits perfectly into our living room and we’re very pleased! A huge thank you- James”

“I purchased a circles coffee table which, unfortunately, had a scratch on the top layer on delivery. I immediately reported this by e mail to Glass Vault furniture with photographs of the damage and received a most polite response and a promise to send a replacement top within 2 to 3 weeks. This duly arrived yesterday and was closely inspected to ensure there was no damage to the new delivery. The table has now been re fitted and looks amazing! Glass Vault Furniture personnel have shown every courtesy throughout and I heartily recommend this company for reliability and good service.”

“Went to the store yesterday with an issue and lady at the till was very polite and helpful she was breath of fresh air. The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies and you are true asset to Argos. Its a shame I can not remember the ladies name at payment counter. Visited the store about 5pm if it helps.”

“We used ktf 6 years ago for a new kitchen and they did a fabulous job. We have since moved house and wanted a bar building , we had a few ideas of what we wanted and booked an appointment . We met with Chris and discussed our ideas and showed him the space . Chris was brilliant , he suggested lots of materials that would work well with our existing furniture and fittings and how to make the most of the space . Throughout the whole process ktf communicated with us to keep updated on time scales , costs , fitting dates etc We asked for Tony and Adam to do the fitting as they did such a wonderful Job of our kitchen . Once again they did a wonderful job with the bar , always very clean and tidy and respectful of our home . We are delighted with the finished result , it is everything we wanted and more We would 100% recommend Ktf Thank you to everyone involved you have done a wonderful job for us .. again Xxxx”

Both she and Lucy then assisted every step of the way and are so friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble. Our 3 oven Dual Control in White Tie was delivered today and we are thrilled! Fitters were friendly, careful, and tidy, you'd never know they'd been here. Our Aga is like brand new and we're so happy! Thank you all of the Range Exchange team, highly recommended company!”

There is extensive choice in the store and they can make to order if necessary. Delivery took around a week and was a lovely simple process for me as the gentlemen carried everything to the room, set it up and disposed of the rubbish. Can't recommend them enough.”

The customer service I have received from first visiting the store to delivery of items has been absolutely excellent. Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful.
