He’s one of these rare people who go the extra mile to keep the customer happy. He and his oppo Jack got stuck straight in and finished the job in just a few days. Went for an elusive item that I was unable to get anywhere else and they sold it(!!!) so I was very happy. Spent a good amount of time in here and inevitably bought lots of other things.
