“I placed an order at the Charles Taylor Stand at Ashover Show and after reading some of the reviews I was a little worried however, the service was excellent. 2 days after placing my order the team called to arrange delivery (which was only 12 days after I placed the order), the day before delivery the driver, Scott called to give me a 1 hour time slot. Then Scott and his Dad arrived on time with the furniture, and they were polite, friendly and super helpful.”

“Genuinely no idea why this place has such low reviews because this place has hands down the BEST curry I've ever had in my mouth. I've ordered from them twice now and both times; quality. The chicken wasn't dry like most places and was actually really tender, the prawns were amazing and the cheese naan bread was very cheesy- All good prices too. They forgot my vimto and when I called up they apologised and came and delivered it which I don't think you really get with most places delivered through Uber Eats, Deliveroo etc If I ever move out of Stoke I'd be sad to never try this place again.”

As lovely as Toni-Louise and Katie both Managers were, I didn't purchase the phone, as they were unsure how to transfer the data from my existing phone to the new one. They instilled confidence in me and made me feel valued even though I didn't buy anything. They were a delight and so friendly. I had been treated appallingly at another phone shop earlier in the morning and was left very upset. I left their store a lot happier.”

“I purchased my item which was an oak vanity with the marble top and sink. The oak looks expensive and the marble is lovely and matches in lovely with my marble tiles. The sink and the top looks very nice and of good quality. It looks fabulous, very posh and significant to a 5 star hotel. I had an issue with a mirror in that I hadn't measured properly so rang them to ask if I can exchange. They were extremely helpful and I couldn't be more pleased. Don't hesitate to buy from this company, super customer service.”
