“I am absolutely over the moon with the reconditioned Aga supplied and installed by Moreland cookers. I realise now I could not live without an Aga which is a joy to use. It was good value for money and I chose a gas Aga because I wanted the 'true Aga experience'. I was worried about the running costs using gas but it is actually much cheaper than expected and very affordable. Once the Aga has heated it remains at a constant temperature. I visited the showroom at Holmes Chapel before deciding on which Aga to purchase and I did lots of research to make sure it would fit into my chimney breast. It looks fabulous and is the centre piece of my new kitchen. Andrew was very friendly and helpful, as were the fitters. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve and he even fitted a fireproof board to cover up the upper part of my exposed chimney. Overall I am delighted and enjoying using my Aga every day. The only downside will be when I have to turn my Aga off for its annual service”

Upon arrival the click and collect system was being a bit intermittent. I went inside and a young lady named Nicole came to my rescue, she was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me back on track. Nicole had to go into the store to replace shower gel that had burst in the collection baskets. She was very polite, and well mannered as well as having very good confidence with her customer relations service. I don't know what tesco do with their staff appraisals but she needs an employee of the month award. Thank you Nicole.....”

“The best Waitrose coffee shop we've ever been to. Choose your own mug, very friendly and fast service, always have their delectable almond croissants, great coffee (lovely and hot), hot toasties, very nice seating, plenty of room, excellent toilets available! Stopping there is the highlight of our journey from and to the south from Cumberland. A very short and easy hop from the M6, and infinitely better than grim motorway services. Much better prices too, and a lovely Waitrose there if you want any groceries, drinks, snacks, gifts etc. In nice weather you can sit on tables outside. A big free carpark of course, and a petrol station handy close to the M6 roundabout on the way back. Perfect! Follow the map instead of Google - no need to go into the town. Straight off the M6 roundabout and keep straight on to the next roundabout and the car park is the last exit, go past the first car park (paid) to the free Waitrose car park. All very close to the roundabout. Opposite the picturesque old church tower.”
