The staff were knowledgeable and friendly but more than that, within 3 hours of choosing à new unit it had been delivered, installed and was ready to use. The 2 man installation team were very efficient, showed us how to use it, left everything clean and tidy and took away the old machine. Now that's what I call service!”

“Some great bargains to be had every single time you shop here. It's possible to get pretty much everything you need to feed a family on a budget. Although the Biddulph store I also visit on occasion is one of the smaller ones it still stocks a good varied range of essentials at great prices from food to simple household goods, beauty products and cleaning materials. The staff aren't particularly friendly as they get on with their work but neither are they downright ignorant like some staff in larger supermarkets that you would expect more from for the prices you pay.”

One member of staff was rude to myself and another customer this time because there wasn't a price on the item of clothing we wanted to purchase and told us to go and get one with a price as she couldn't leave the till area we both had the last item though and she couldn't be bothered to type the code in off the item so we had to wait. Also there was supposed to be 10% knocked off my item and we asked someone to do this and she just scanned the label that was on the item and didn't knock it off.”
