I had a minor issue with the call not coming through to my phone (possibly a setting on my phone) but they sent me a text with a number to call - I spoke to a person straight away who put me through to my appointment quickly. During my appointment, I spoke to Lucy who was kind and understanding. Her report was helpful and clearly outlined our conversation and was sent out to me very quickly - only a couple of days after my appointment. “Fantastic service I’ve suffered with lower back pain back in 2023 and Matt @ Hawkes Physio came highly recommend. On booking a very easy appointment over email I went to see Matt for my treatment, after a few sessions I was feeling really good and I could bend again and get back to work. Then at the start of the year 2025 the back pain returned, so with one easy email I was booked in. 3 weeks later after a few treatments the movement is coming back and pain is eased. I went on Thursday the 18th due to severe back pain & stiffness in my neck and Steven gave a 30 minute sports massage and afterwards i automatically had more movement & decreased pain. The receptionists are very polite & helpful and the reception area & physio rooms are very clean and sterile. Everybody made me feel very relaxed & welcomed. “This was a fantastic little find for a last minute trip with the family. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The hot tub was a perfect addition which we enjoyed in the evenings. Wifi in the apartment also. Surrounding area is beautiful. Close to farm shop cafe for a beautiful breakfast. Very close to Alton Towers. Will be back for definite. The hosts are excellent, they really have a beautiful home and we're grateful to you.”
