“A fantastic shop with fantastic owners. We have a very nervous cockapoo who we thought could never have a professional groom. We've visited the shop daily for 1 wk with Dave and Emma taking it slowly to build Roos confidence and asking other customers to engage with Roo and today she's had a full groom, she looks and smells incredible and looked very happy and relaxed when picking her up. We can't thank you both enough for your time and effort and it's defently a 10 stars experience from Roo.”

“Had a wonderful member of staff help me with a fitting for my miniature dachshunds first harness, plus 1 for my 2nd mini (his brother), Bailey my Isabella Tan loved all the attention he received from the lovely staff and fellow shoppers. Update my 2 boys are enjoying their walks much better now they have harnesses and not collars. Highly recommend Pets At Home for all your pet needs.”

“Amazing experience at this store. Very clean and tidy but the main reason for this review is due to the staff. They were all so polite and wonderful, especially Maggie and Alice who helped my fiancé and I set up our accounts with the PetsAtHome app which gave us access to discounts. They were some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever met and their level of customer service definitely went above and beyond expectations! I legitimately am looking forward to our next visit to this store in the future!”

“Use the Gentle puppy shampoo on all our dogs even the adults. Their coats are so shiny and soft. Have tried other shampoos and none have been as good as this. Customer service always first class and speedy delivery of items”
