I've found at the OTHER pharmacy the staff attitude is they are doing you a favour and finish their little chat before you're deemed worthy of attention. “Amazing vets in every way!! Unfortunate we lost our horse due to unknown reasons to us of the vets. The team in Dyffryn Tywi gave my horse (Harry) the slightest bit of chance of survival and they never gave up. I can't thank the team enough for the love and care they gave Harry within the time they had him in their care. I always had updates throughout the day and night even - even if that was good or bad (good trait to have). Harry was calm and always in a relaxed state no matter what was happening- this is down to how the team handled the situation. I just wanted to also mention that the last minutes we had with Harry before being put to sleep...the vet (Sarah) was understanding and gave us the much needed alone time. When it came to putting Harry to sleep we all shared many tears including Sarah. Reviews on here that are negative are clearly signs of twisted owners!!! I have seen how much the vets care for the health and wellbeing for the horses so ignore any negative feedback!! Once again- thank you Dyffryn Tywi for the love and support!!! We will only ever use you from this moment on!”

“Excellent customer service, staff were very accommodating. We have a nervous pet whom doesn't get on with other animals and the ladies at best paw forward toke this into consideration. The staff were very helpful and advisable. As this was our boys first time being groomed, we were a little apprehensive but the staff put our minds at easy with a message to say he was absolutely brilliant and seeing his little tail wagging on our return was lovely. A lovely experience.”

“This isn’t my local pharmacy but it’s the only one I’ll rely on and now my family have switched to this pharmacy too. They always manage to source medication very quickly (even during national shortages or where other well known chains require several days notice) and dispense and deliver exceptionally quickly too. They get to know their customers and offer a personalised, efficient service - can’t ask for more than that!”

“Probably the best campsite we’ve ever been on. Amazing location with beautiful scenery and great views. Facilities are second to none with numerous immaculate toilet and shower blocks that were always available at peak times. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Access to the beach is via a very steep stony walk so be prepared with good footwear. We were in a motorhome on a lovely large hard standing pitch with electric and a fire pit and picnic bench provided. Excellent all round, can’t wait to come back.”

“I had need to speak to a pharmacist as it is very difficult to get a GP appointment due to current NHS pressures. From my first call, the support I received was excellent and an appointment made for the same day. I had a 15min examination conducted by a very well trained and supportive pharmacist. I could not be happier with the advice and support I received earlier today. I would highly recommend this service!”
