“Pretty dam good value. Our whole lunch was around £23 for both of us. Are light but excellent food quality! KJ, from the kitchen was fantastic! There was a football (soccer) game in and we loved every minute. While my wife was writing postcards to the kids lol! I was catching up on some work stuff but great spot.”

“Decent place to come for an English breakfast. Was served relatively quickly, the hash browns were nice and crispy, butter was missing but I'm sure if I'd of asked for it it would've been brought over. We have also been here for drinks in the past and again, no problems for a busy Saturday night. Was served pretty quickly and drinks were decent!”

“Excellent service so far if posts are not urgent. It will be helpful if the delivery office is open until 2pm, Monday - Saturday to support businesses in the area and individuals at large who use Royal Mail Special delivery 1pm services. I have missed an urgent special delivery post today which should have arrived before 1pm today being a Thursday but the delivery office is now closed without my urgent parcel arriving on time to fulfil an urgent business need / loss of funds as a result. Please consider reverting your delivery times to finish at 2pm instead of 10am in the morning which does not leave enough time for parcels posted the previous night to arrive the next day to ensure it arrives to it's destination by 1pm [total loss of funds and resulting to unsatisfactory services to our customers in the end] . Thank you for your consideration.”

“Feeling safe is important nowadays, we live in a world of constant stress and anxiety. Where I live, at the back of my house is the Royal Mail sorting office Saint Luke’s way. Frodsham Since I moved in they have been accommodating by keeping a space outside my gate so that I can park. There have been times when I was in distress and some members have been kind and helped me. They have a difficult job and have a very early start helping to keep us continuously informed with our letters and parcels. Thank you for your kindness and support. Kindest Regards Neighbour”

“Had a slight issue with my special delivery package, I immediately called the customer service line and headed down to the sorting office despite it being closed. I ran into a very helpful delivery Driver called Rupert who helped me tirelessly to track my package which was important documents. He was able to get in contact with the driver and have my documents redelivered. I think Rupert deserved recognition and a raise :)”

“As I live near, I regularly visit the sorting office to.collect my parcels. Always had a friendly polite service. Even the horrible rude people that think it is a customer service center get a friendly service.”

“Staff has always been friendly and helped me out with all my parcels, receiving and posting. The opening hours have gone back to normal so I can go after work without having to take time off. Easy to get to as there is a bus stop near it. I have never had issues there, just follow the rules and you'll be assisted no problem.”

“I had an issue with insufficient address details on my parcel which unfortunately resulted in “return to sender” stated on my tracking information. I called Royal Mail customer service line and was given advice to attend the sorting office (even though closed to the public until the morning) with the hope of stopping the despatch back to its origin, which was looking likely later on today. With panic, I headed down there to be greeted by a polite and calm gentleman called Raphael. I then was put in touch with Jason who was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating in finding my parcel, with the help of Mandy who was also glad to be of assistance, who pulled away from her other work duty at the time. All of them having a smile and cheerful disposition throughout, making me feel I wasn’t a nuisance. My parcel was found, my ID given and I was a very happy and satisfied customer. What wonderful staff at Richmond sorting office. I honestly didn’t hold much hope before arriving, but thankfully was met by such welcoming and helpful people. Thank you so much!….and to the member of staff that pointed me in the right direction to park, but didn’t get his name unfortunately.”

“I’ve always had good experiences when collecting my parcels from here. Staff are pleasant and polite. There are lots of options via tracking on the app to collect parcels on a certain day or from alternative locations if you know you’re going to be out on the expected delivery day.”

“I send packages abroad from Reading West delivery office every few months. I take the package in on a Saturday morning and I can see from the tracking that it just sits there until Monday at least before moving on to Swindon. This time it was more convenient for me to take my package to Pangbourne, and by Sunday morning it was already at Heathrow! Very efficient service - I'll be sending things from here in future.”
