Elsie was organised and thorough and advised what to be done. She gave us enough time to go back after making appropriate changes to papers. “Our experience at the BLS office was extremely positive. We were dealt with courteously, efficiently and professionally. The young man at reception was extremely patient and polite to the very large amount of overseas students wishing to holiday in Spain. There must have been 25-30 young students, none of whom had completed their paperwork properly nor owned a pen. I don't know how he remained so calm. I was getting frustrated just listening. “After reading the reviews I was concerned it might be a terrible experience, but it was to the contrary, the visa submission process was smooth, there were no queues at the entrance, my appointment was for 9am and by 9.15am, everything was done. The security/front desk guy was kind, helpful and polite. I made sure I came with all the documents needed, it was checked, I did the biometrics and it was fast.”

“I recently visited for my Passport Renewal Appointment and the price I had to pay was 85.44 GBP for a standard application. I had a really great experience at this VFS Centre and the queue was organized in an efficient manner and the staff were very polite. From the gentleman at the front, organising the queue outside to the staff at each booth. I booked in for the 8:30am slot and I'd recommend booking for a morning appointment as it is less crowded. Although I made a mistake regarding the second address (has to be UK address) Shabnam at Counter 4 was really kind and patient with me! I had gone out to re-print the application form and she was waiting patiently for me, which was very sweet of her. She was also quick and efficient processing all my documents, and it was a really smooth process. If you upload all the required documents online and have the photocopies of the same, you should be good to go. Hoping my new passport reaches me soon!”
