“Through work, I stayed at Kingswinford for 3 months. Rooms were great, I stayed in quite a few rooms. Staff were attentitive, friendly and on the ball !! It was almost home from home ! To the managers and staff, I would just like to say a huge thanks, over the last 3 months, been away from family ,having great service and good food, clean rooms, and a great atmosphere, made the stay very nice and welcoming. To the Staff, a massive thanks. I will be staying there again, when passing by. Many thanks !! Regatds !!”

“I have given 5 stars because as we were only at the hotel for one night the couple of little things that were not perfect we didn’t highlight to staff. They were the plug for the bath that only kept water in if I kept my foot on it and the toilet seat was in need of tightening up so it didn’t come off. The room was a great size and very comfortable, nice to have a footstool to use with the chair. We had an evening meal in the 1779 restaurant and the food was very nice.”

“The beefeater restaurant is the best place I have visited in years, the food quality and presentation was exceptional. The cleanliness and customer service was unrivalled. We live 30 miles away but going back there again this weekend, well worth the trip. Well done to the chef, and all staff.”

“I have found Belvoir to be reliable , informative and open to deal with. All the people I have dealt with are easy to communicate with, respond to queries and are happy to deal with any concerns. The first contact with Sam set the tone, the house listing was well produced and the property was marketed effectively. This has all been backed up by others such as Liam , Harvey and Heidi, who have kept me informed about progress. I also found Ashley James solicitors (recommended by Belvoir) pleasant to deal with. Fees charged are competitive and not excessive for the service provided. I would use Belvoir again and have already recommended them to others.”

“This is the nicest, friendliest hotel i have stayed in. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Michelle in particular stands out. She works on reception and is so friendly and chatty. Extremely helpful and always has a smile to welcome you through the door. The staff in the pub next door are also super helpful and friendly. They really do everything to make it a home from home. I definitely recommend”

“Hotel: easy to find via postcode and a lot of retail shops close but. Car parking: really easy to park with plenty of spaces. However, seperate to hotel but reasonably priced. Overall experience: receptionists were amazing and went above and beyond to endure I had a comfortable experience. I was greeted with a friendly smile from Bejja and also Fatima whom both equally share the same devotion to their work. Only downside would be the room of 508, the shower head needs descaling but that doesn't deserve a drop in stars... Thank you Premier Inn an amazing stay”

“I attended a Christmas party at the hotel yesterday & the catering staff were incredible. I eat gluten- & dairy-free & they went above & beyond, providing a fresh GF bread roll, cooking part of my main course from scratch, & even creating a custom strawberry cheesecake (off-menu) for dessert. I've never been so well looked after! Highly recommend this venue for their attentive, knowledgeable staff & accommodation of dietary needs.”

“Had a great stay - staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom looked like it had been recently refurbished with a rain shower. My only issue was that it took 45 minutes for my dinner to be served after ordering even though it was a Wednesday night and the restaurant was very quiet, but it was delicious when I eventually got to eat it! Short walking distance from the train station and taxi rank! I would definitely stay again in the future!”

“It was pure chance that I ended up at this hotel, late at night. However, I must admit it was a lucky coincidence, because everything was fantastic. It was so pleasant, friendly, clean, and welcoming that I extended my stay in Wolverhampton and at this hotel. I must especially commend one of the night shift staff, who very efficiently checked me in on the night of my arrival and took care of all the extra amenities related to using the bar and kitchen. During my stay, I noticed that this particular lady, Kaja—that's her name—showed that, although she primarily manages the reception desk, she is an invaluable support to the rest of the staff. She was constantly helping someone with a problem, which usually stemmed from a lack of experience or knowledge. However, Kaja would solve the problem in a heartbeat, with a smile on her face, so you could feel the positive and friendly energy that emanates from her and spreads to the other staff. I definitely recommend this hotel, as it is truly comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and above all, professional. I would especially like to thank Kai, who from the very beginning of my stay demonstrated commitment, extensive knowledge and concern for the satisfaction of her guests.”
