“Everything for a pound. HiTech stuff like power banks, earphones, phone cases and a lot of stuff like this all for £1. They also have a lot of stationary, toiletries, food and much more that I can’t remember. A very bright store and polite staff, not big queues normally. Overall 5/5 because things sold there are for very cheap!”

“I’ll be honest – I had lost faith in Boots because of a terrible experience at their Telford store, which is, without a doubt, the worst store ever in UK. The service there was appalling, and the way they treat customers is unacceptable. However, this particular store has completely restored my trust in the brand. Every time I pop in, I receive the best service, and it’s always a positive experience. I especially want to commend one of the managers. I didn’t catch his name, but he’s an Asian male with glasses who consistently goes above and beyond. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to excellent customer service are exceptional. Thank you to this store and its amazing team for showing how customer service should be done. If only all Boots stores operated like this one!”

“Went here today to get my little girls ears pierced along with her two best friends. We had the pleasure of meeting Rochelle and Dani - both were absolutely amazing with all 3 girls and even got hyped up along with them to make it an exciting event! I have read a lot of negative reviews and wanted to post my good experience! I work in the NHS and have a very good understanding of infection prevention practices. Both ladies washed their hands thoroughly, wore masks, visors and gloves and all the girls ears were properly sterilised before they went anywhere near her with the gun. I can’t rate them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to return with the time comes for the younger daughter.”

“We had a new pool installed a few years ago and have used Rockingham Pools for closing down and opening our pool ever since. Although they didn’t install the pool they are very knowledgeable of our system and are reliable and punctual on each visit. We therefore asked them to repair our hotub that is sunken into our patio and the pumps were flooded and stopped working!! Within a couple of days of my request they came out to have a look and the next day I received the quote, then within a few days our hotub was up and running again. However due to a small electrical problem it wasn’t quite right and they came straight out the very next day to see to it. I cannot recommend them enough, what a super company to deal with, thank you Rockingham!!!”

“I phoned after a Google search for help with my Kuppersbusch Oven. I live in Northern Ireland and this being our traditional July holiday for most businesses I was unable to get to get through to my local kitchen supplier. My dilemma was that I had taken my oven door apart to clean and was at a loss as to the correct way to reassemble? An odd request to phone any kitchen showroom with, let alone one I had not purchased my kitchen from? However I phoned and was so fortunate to speak to Bodie who went above and beyond to answer my query. He is an absolute gentleman. Thank you so very much! I also have no hesitation recommending Kuppersbusch appliances. I have two ovens and a hob and I am absolutely delighted with them.”

“I love going to this store, to be clear, I only go for the legos. The floor staff are great, always humour my requests to get the sets from the top, if there's a return or exchange they just help and process it. During Christmas they have longer hours too and almost always have a sale on items so worth checking out.”
