The moment I visited this surgery I felt at ease, Alison on reception was very warm and friendly and the atmosphere was very calm. As soon as I met Ash I knew I was in safe hands. He was confident, knowledgeable and not pushy. He explained very thoroughly the different options available and I didn't feel rushed into making any decisions - Ash is a true professional in his field. So much time and patience was given to help me on my many visits and I appreciated everyone's kindness and care. Thank you so much Ash and all your team. I can at last smile without hiding my teeth! Following some unsatisfactory maintenance experiences on both mine and my wife's cars recently, from a garage that we have used for a few years now. I was advised by a close friend to try The Savoy Garage in Bridgeman St Walsall. Well quite simply Keith and Nathan were brilliant. I can't recommend them highly enough for the work carried out on my wife's Rover 214 and they are so much better than any of the garages I've used previously. Great value, top expertise, you also get to speak with the person who did the work, I was given great advice on what needed to be done and what could be left until the next time. Communication is brilliant, I was always kept updated on the progress of the service. They are very competitive in terms of costs and well worth the 12 mile round trip from my home. I will surely be using them in future for any servicing, M.O.T or maintenance work that I require Regards Keith Thomas”
