“Amazing !!! Anita and Chris have been so helpful and have provided me with lots of useful advice / information. Anita has also gone out of her way to order me specific food and treatment for my cat. Anita checks in with me to ask how my cat Loki is doing and is also happy to offer further support and guidance. Could not be happier and couldn’t recommend this shop and the lovely couple enough! Saved me lots of £££ with vet visits and Loki is very happy he doesn’t need to leave his bed for treatment. Thanks so much again and highly recommend xx”

“I had recently heard of this shop when I wanted to fill my desire of finally owning a turtle, I phoned this shop to see if they could help my searches… and they did just that I was greeted at the door by a lovely lady who had also owned a musk turtle (she was so adorable) and gave me all of the advice and tips I needed to know before I purchased. Unfortunately at the time I didn’t have the money to get the turtle that day, but I had fount a way to afford my baby turtle and a healthy and happy environment to watch them grow I didn’t quite catch the ladies name but she was fabulous, quick and attentive with everything she had done. She had even kept the shop open 15 minutes later just so I could pick up my lovely turtle. Whoever this lady is you are amazing at your job and was so attentive today and we definitely will be returning soon to find rocket (our turtle) another friend. Thankyou, ThePetShop”

“First day opening groomers today and Toto had a great first puppy groom. His eyes all trimmed and feet, washed and dried. Very vocal through it all but plenty of tail wagging. He went in a puppy and came out a little bear. The groomers are very friendly and paid him lots of attention, the staff at this pet shop are genuinely Totos favourite people.”

Aaron was amazing with her, let her look at all the animals and answered all her questions about how to look after her new pet. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we will definitely be back for all our pet supplies.”

“I would like to give a massive shout out to Chloe the assistant manager of jollyes Chloe is amazing at her job. The care and attention my mom has received since having her puppy from Chloe is outstanding. Chloe has amazing knowledge and has really helped my mom give the best care to her little belle. We have spent ages talking to Chloe even when she’s been on her break she has helped us with any questions we had and making sure we have the right food to the correct harness. I would highly recommend jollyes especially if you are first time pet owner. I would also like to say the other staff members are so lovely and so welcoming.”
