“Our cat took sick a week ago, had never had problems with his health. Went to.vet and he wasn't eating, gave him treatment to try and help him, but was so quick he perked up on Sat night but sunday he was back again, not drinking or eating was to have a scan today ,but was so sick after a week we had him euthanised. He obv had things going on and was not noticed by us . Staff at reception are lovely and welcoming ,and vegetarians very compassionate and attentive. We decided on Creamation ,no hard sell and quite reasonable price wise,would recommend”

“Michael has been treating my dogs for over 15 years and he is a compassionate, wonderful and knowledgeable vet. He offered dedicated and effective care on a near daily basis when our girl Mac developed pyometra and sadly died but if anyone could have kept her with us it would have been Michael! The staff are also well informed and offer very sensible advice. I highly recommend this practice!”

“Came to larne to collect 2 puppies on Saturday 30th November. We weren't told they had to be microchipped. We certainly found out at the P&O port !! We missed one boat and they refused to let us on the next. !!. We had to ring your vets , after explaining our situation that we were not allowed to return to Scotland, a young vet opened up for us as an emergency and microchipped both pups. We managed to get a sailing with wonderful stena line after that and safely arrived home by 3.15 am . So much thanks to her , if it weren't for your lovely vet god knows when we would have got home.Thank You So Much Mrs A Dew , castle Douglas.”

“We did a mad dash to the vets to arrange an Irish passport for my English dog (rather than pay £250 each time we travel to Europe for an EHC). This meant disembarking the ferry at 09:45 in Belfast, travelling to Vets4Pets, then back to the ferry for 11:00 to check in. Arthur took a long phone call with me before hand to explain the process (at no cost) then saw me on the day I travelled. Arthur is obviously very knowledgeable on the paperwork process and completed this very quickly in person. Great service from start to finish and the ladies on reception are great craic. “Kiki has been with Flynn Vets since we got her at 8 weeks old. She is now almost 11 years old. Last Easter she became very ill and we thought we might lose her. Kirsten spent so much time trying to figure out what was going on and arranging visits and test with other vets in the area. The care Kiki received was second to none and she is back to her old self enjoying life. Would definitely recommend Flynn Vets.”

“I had to use Earlswood for my cat Bella when she became unwell, and my own vets were unsure what was going on. Unfortunately, her prognosis was poor, and she sadly didn't make it. All the staff from reception, vet nurses, and surgeons made my experience much less stressful. Even on her final day when i phoned to tell them my sad news they told me to focus on her rather than the money. They took time to know your pet, and even when I went in to settle the bill, they all still gave me condolences. Unfortunately, i had to use the out of hours vets who aren't aligned to Earlswood and I can say my experience with them was not positive or remotely caring and understanding (I will be providing feedback to that service separately). Earlswood is a private animal hospital, so yes, it is more expensive, but they know what they are doing. I wish the outcome could have been better for Bella, but the staff made that final few weeks less painful for her and that all that matters.”

“Everyone was very understanding and welcoming of my dog - they understand he's very jumpy around new people and in small areas but took time to make sure he received full adequate treatment regardless of this issue. Even when he growled and barked at the vet she remained professional and continued whilst giving him space to calm down - unfortunately my dog is always defensive at the vets due to past happenings at another clinic, but the vet I saw was perfect with him. She understands the needs of the pets”

“I have always taken my pets to city vets Ravenhill Road but when I moved to Comber I thought I would save time and take my cat to vets in Comber big mistake I didn't find them caring I thought they were rude ( not the reception staff they were very nice ) but I'm not sure if the lady I dealt with was a vet or a nurse but all I can say is I definitely won't be back. I won't be changing from City vets Ravenhill Road again all the staff there are really nice and caring”
