Bar pub in Belfast

“My sister-in-law and I treated our 11 year old niece to a birthday lunch followed by a spa treatment and we had a wonderful meal. The portions were perfectly sized and the food delicious. The kids menu was great with our niece opting for the sausage and mash. The staff were friendly and helpful and, although we didn’t have one with us, it was wonderful to see dogs were allowed into the bar. Will definitely be back!”

“Fab fab fab. I hired the room upstairs for a baby shower and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! Shout out to Laura who was lovely and even made the mum to be a fantastic mocktail. Food was great and it was the perfect event space.”

“Came across this place looking for a nice simple place for dinner. The reviews looked good so we gave it a try. We weren’t disappointed. Its appearance is nothing special but the food was great! Had the fish and chips along with a salad and have to say it was probably one of the best pieces of fish I’ve had. Super crispy batter on the outside and a juicy piece of haddock inside. The young lady that served us was lovely and we enjoyed talking with her.”

“Every time I come here it’s always a fantastic experience. The staff are friendly & the cocktails are well made. Outdoor decor is perfect for summer and on Sunday there as it was a hot day they put a BBQ on and had a bouncy castle for the children. Highly recommend the Bellevue!”

“We stumbled on this gem while travelling Ireland. The food was incredible - the chicken curry and the chicken and corn cream were delicious. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Definitely worth stopping in for great food at great value!”

“Amazing restaurant and cocktail bar situated in dundonald near the hospital! We went on the night of the euros final so the restaurant was perfectly quiet and the staff were very friendly and held great conversations with us. The food was amazing and we were surprised with how nice it was as it was our first time being there. Will definitely be back soon!”

“8 of us went for a birthday lunch today Service was really good , we were looked after very well and nothing too much trouble . Food was delicious especially the Christmas sandwich which I highly recommend . We thought the prices were good too and we were able to sit afterwards and enjoy our day”

“This bar / restaurant is huge , the place was packed but the nice man on the door managed to squeeze us in . Very friendly staff . As we was being shown to our sits we passed a live band , was such a great atmosphere. The meals were very quick and very big . Everything was very fresh . Excellent price , staff very attentive always making sure we had everything we needed. Toilets were lovely and clean too . Would definitely recommend this place , might be better to book as does get busy .”

“Called in here about 2.30pm for a late lunch/early dinner. I was pleased to see they do small versions of meals. I had the Cod & Chips with Mushy Peas and a pint of Guinness for £7.92 now that can't be bad. There was a good crowd in for that time of day. The food was good and the service took so I'll definitely be back.”

“Went to a wedding reception here and it was beautiful! Fairy lights all over the walls and the pretty tree in the middle of the room was a lovely centrepiece. The sun was out so the roof was retracted for most of the evening which made it feel so much more spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Negatives? Only one really, I thought the prices rather steep, £4.30 for a straight vodka is expensive by anyone's standards.”

“This place is full of vibes. Colorful, see the pics n videos. It has fantastic outdoor sitting. Perfect to spent an afternoon in the sunshine & equally good to spend a evening or a night out. Music was great and ambience was perfect to unwind and relax. Drinks selections is good, it's bar service, you go to the bar for drinks. The same applies with the food stalls. Food could be better. Food stalls are Orto, Wing It and Hi Burger. Went for Hi Burger, but burger was ok, not that great. Place could have few more food stalls, that would be great.”

“We were looking for a quick bait in Belfast and found The Bridge House. We ordered the cheese melt and the spicy chicken hamburgers, the chicken was not too spicy nice amount of chips and onion rings, the meat hamburger was overcooked, like it more juicy, it comes with a drink for £12 a piece is a steal!! The service is great, very amicable and attentive, the place was packed I guess because it was Sunday lunch but we find a table easily. Like the place. Will try their breakfast.”
