“Great community centre with friendly receptionist. Clean facilities. The only down side is the parking.”
“Fantastic club! The staff are extremely friendly and very attentive with the kids. They offer a wide range of activities for the kids. The summer scheme they put on every year is amazing. I'd definitely recommend it.”
“Love this shop. Stock everything you could need. Fantastic range of products well priced. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Customer service is fantastic. I recently had a faulty product and they changed it without any hassle. The girls couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Been shopping here for years and cant fault it. Thankyou all.”
“My kids have attended the gymnastics classes and are currently attending the summer scheme which they absolutely love. Would recommend.”
“First time to attend the show definitely need your walking boots, lots to see, and its not all about farming, surprise to see how popular the sheep shearing was, back breaking work, you could easily add a few pounds with the amount of food stalls. I think the £10 charge for parking was a tad expensive and not very well organised, that said still an enjoyable day out.”
“Great for children's birthday parties, you can hire a bouncy castle and it fits in well. The kitchen was a good size which is great for people to be able to prepare and get the food all organised. it was a great day.”
“Just stayed here for two nights while working in the Belfast area and had a fabulous stay, Susie the duty manager was wonderful, so helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble, I wish all premiere inns had a susie. the food both nights in the restaurant was great, nicely cooked and well presented however the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!, I've stayed in hundreds of premiere inns and the breakfast here was the best I've ever had, if I'm working in the Belfast area I would without hesitation stay here. Well done premiere inn and well done Susie”
“Very good nursery school the staff are great with the kids well run granddaughter goes loves it recommend it to anyone”
“Hidden gem. Great for kid birthday hire if paired with a bouncy castle”
“I regularly swim every morning and then go for breakfast in the Cafe. The area is a friendly space and at 9.40am not too busy to get a table. The staff are always helpful at the service counter. Thanks to Sarah and Regan for your "service with a smile"”
“Have been renting a room for almost 9 months to see medical clients. Claire makes the experience of booking very smooth and professional. Cannot fault the venue but some people have complained that it can be difficult to find in the dark. Plan to continue using it for the near and distant future.”
“My daughter has been going to the Irish dancing in the activity centre for 4 years now and I have to say it's a lovely place and the staff are so friendly. I'd highly recommend”
“Large Hall Perfect For Birthday Party’s and Much More”
“Great wee place been going for years and now my kids go”
“Santa visited today and it was our first visit here. We were delighted. Everything is so well organized, even though it was crowded, it was amazing. And Santa knows Serbian, he greeted us in our language, what made out day here even better. Thank you.”
“I find staff here very friendly”
“Love it... Great place for kids and adults alike”
“Best spot to get your Halloween stuff, brilliant range as always - everything scary you'll ever need”
“Beautiful hotel in heart of Belfast. Everything is in close proximity by foot - no need for car. Staff is very nice and welcoming and we felt very nice and welcomed there. Room was amazing and clean, very quiet with AC and mini fridge., comfy bed, big TV with Netflix and big shower. We also had a breakfast- money well spent. Amazing service, food was amazing. One of the best breakfast we had in a hotel. Highly recommend if staying in Belfast”
“Lovely little cafe and soft play, very friendly staff who are exceptionally welcoming and polite. The soft play itself seems well looked after and cared for. Prices are very good too. Would recommend to soda stack, was a very good portion for a very reasonable price.”
“Beautiful area. Great for varied levels of walkers.”
“Myself and my husband decided to stay here for our 1 year anniversary and it did not disappoint. The spa is absolutely amazing and not too over crowded, the food was fantastic. The service from all the staff from we checked in to we left was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the room was extremely warm, however there was a fan provided. But overall it was amazing and we will definitely return.”
“Was here to play pickleball, the courts are good and marked just for pickle which is better than having it on an old badminton court. The padel courts look good too. It’s a bit noisy when you’re playing if the go karts are going. But it’s good if you’re playing against someone you don’t really want to talk to.”
“Since the refurbishment 5 years ago it’s been well maintained and looked after. The place is spotless and the staff are friendly and inviting. The screen quality is fantastic and the seating is phenomenal.”
“Fantastic place for having a kids birthday party”
“Great cinema with extremely friendly and helpful staff, who really seem to be cinema lovers themselves! Prices are high, but with Omnipass you can see every movie for just £10 making it incredibly good value. Events specifically for Omnipass holders are always great fun, making the monthly subscription go even further. More of these in the future would be brilliant. The recliner seats in every screen ensure that no matter which movie you choose, it'll be the same level of comfort. A random perk is that despite tickets being digital, staff have been incredibly accommodating with helping me get my tickets printed to keep for scrapbooking, which I think really highlights their friendliness and willingness to support loyal customers. There is always lots of free parking available. Remember to order your snacks at the screens, as it's no longer possible to pay at the tills - staff have been very apologetic about this, but it is the new system that Omniplex has in place.”
“Great show lovely people plenty of evening parking on street after 6pm good venue”
“Brilliant park for the kids with an area for dogs. There’s no loo nearby though.”
“Visit to the store on Sat 27th July looking for outdoor toddler toys. Was quickly approached by a young guy - i'm assuming a student who quickly identified what we were looking for and directed us to and ex display slide and ex display climbing frame. We agreed to purchase, he radioed a code through to the tills, we went and paid. By the time we had got back he and his colleague had moved the items to the door for easy loading, they then even help me put the toys in the van. Both these young men should be commended for the friendly and helpful approach. They went the extra mile for us.”
“Took a granddaughter to a birthday party. Staff were welcoming and helpful. She had a ball. Party food was delicious and served on time Great facilities for all and a cafe for adults to relax in but still had view of the children enjoying themselves. Will definitely use the Fun Factory for future parties or to visit for an enjoyable treat.”
