“This is a beautiful building. Extremely clean and bright. Lots of shops all different. I think they could do with more seating for customers walking through the building when your older you do need to rest here and. There. Great parking and it's Free. Good for wheelchairs and you have excess to the main town of Antrim. I definitely will go back again.”

“Took my son to Next at Abbeycentre to buy a suit for a day at the races. Great selection of styles. Good fitting rooms, spacious shop. Best of all was the service from a lady named Lyndsay. Despite being very busy, nothing was too much trouble for her as she advised my son on style, fit and even contacted another branch when his size wasn’t in stock. Highly recommended.”

“We visited here to try and get our son a pair of shoes for school. After a quick look around a young man well maybe not so young offered his assistance. He measured my sons feet and then started to look for a suitable pair. I must say he was very friendly and very helpful as well as offering great chat. Top marks that man your help resulted in a sale and at £25 they did not break the bank. Thank you.”

They have a good selection of ladies wear and is priced reasonably. The store is always clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too.”

I was very unsure about the size and width. He brought so many pairs out for me to choose from. His advice was invaluable. Between us we got it just right. “I call into Moda each time I'm in Newtownards (x4 each year) and just love the selection of shoes/bags etc. On this visit I was lucky it was sale time and bought a number of pairs (not mentioning how many in case my husband reads this!!). I couldn't fit them all in my hand luggage and an offer was made to post them to me. Amazing service as they arrived within 2 days. I can't recommend this shop highly enough - wonderful choice, wonderful service and great prices. Any chance of a branch in Devon??”

The girl in the curtain department went over and above her duties to be helpful to us when we were purchasing blinds and she even placed an online order for us. 5* to the curtain department..”

“I bought a cot mattress from Smyth's Forestside a few weeks ago, unfortunately when I brought it home it was not true to size and left a dangerous gap of about 6cm between the cot and mattress. I contacted Smyths customer service over the phone and they sent me a form to fill in with details of the incident and photos of the gap measurement. Smyths customer service was excellent and fully investigated the matter and contacted Smyths in Forestside on my behalf who then provided me with a replacement mattress if my choice. When I returned the faulty one, the staff in Forestside were already fully aware of the situation and provided excellent customer care. Monica in the Nursery section of Smyths was very friendly and helpful. I am delighted with the replacement mattress. Thank you for all the help, my 1 year old is getting a great night's sleep thanks to all at Smyths.”
