The staff couldn’t be more helpful, unfortunately I can’t recall her name but the lady on reception with the enviably neat pony tail was fantastic. Not only was it cheaper when compared to other private tests in and around Belfast, it was quick and I never had to even follow up on anything. When one of my flights got cancelled, they promptly acknowledged and empathised with my situation and got my appointment rescheduled at the nearest place. The reception was polite and the entire process was just a breeze. Got an email notification when my sample reached the labs and got my results emailed to me within 6-7 hours (quicker than promised). I totally recommend this place if you want a travel test done.”

To wait 20mins on the phone to get through is not much considering in total i have been treated within an hour. Receptionist and gp were both professional and very helpful. Thank you”

“The hospital is a district general hospital with top notch care. I can vouch for the pediatric side of the hospital. The nursing staff is probably the best that you would find in the country. The doctors are an extremely dedicated team genuinely interested in the well being of the little ones. The facilities are at par with the best that can be expected from a hospital of this size. Great centre for the children with diabetes as well. Some seriously good work is being done here in all departments including cancer diagnosis, cytopathology, obstetrics medicine and mental health. Yes the A and E is overflowing but the team does their best to give relief to all attendees.”

“I left the below comment 4 years ago with 1 star, and it has changed and largely improved now by 2024. — If I could, I will give them (Dunlice Family Practice, known as Kelly Practice before) 0 star. I’ve been trying to book a vaccine appointment for a month and have to call them back continuesly every week/3 days, still got nothing. They can’t call you back with available appointments, and you can’t book appointments online neither. Every time I call them, they always seem so busy that they want to end the call ASAP. Come on, who’s not busy?! Never had this bad experience with any other GP before. I would recommend everyone to stay away from them, and I’m changing my GP. No more time to be wasted on them.”

“My Dad went to Cregagh Nursing home for respite care after being discharged from hospital. Initially I was concerned because of some previous reviews. However my Dad’s time here has proved times must have changed at Cregagh. The staff are all very welcoming and they create a very pleasant environment for the residents. The atmosphere in the home is relaxed, yet professional. Dad is quite a fussy eater but he enjoyed the food. His room was warm, clean and spacious. Dad’s physical recovery has been continual from his arrival here and now he’s ready to come home.”

“It is easy to find with very large signs outside. Modern, very professional. Very large seating area with plenty of natural light. Well stocked drinks and snacks machines. The coffee machine wasn't working, unfortunately. I waited for 30 minutes before a nurse checked me over. I had 2 ECG's, 3 blood tests and a chest X-ray inside the 9 hours before leaving. The blood tests took a minimum of 90 minutes to be processed, enough time to pop down to the shop for wraps, sandwiches and coffee.”
