“An excellent supermarket that you can go to in the local area near Beersbridge. Friendly employees and newly redesigned, it has good groceries for a great price. The shop now has two self service checkouts that work with a credit card only. Highly recommend.”
“Great store plenty of choices and reasonable”
“I am in this store every day at the minute and it is amazing! Everyone is able to go (wheelchair accessible) and it's all on one floor. There is a subway and also a food deli, which I have to say are awesome! The spar is responsible priced and there are great deals to get here ! I would recommend to everyone.”
“Shopped in this small store. Paul served me and was so helpful. Had problem with my phone for my club card. . Went above and beyond. Much appreciated......Thank you Paul.....”
“Several weeks ago while paying for a few items I dropped a £20 note in the Antrim Road Maxol Spar. Much later in the day, when I realised what had happened, I thought I might as well go back and check although I very much doubted that IF it had been found, that it would have been turned in. Imagine my surprise and delight when I discovered that not only had it been found by the always pleasant and friendly Pauline, but that another employee had recognised me as the owner of the £20 from a screen shot taken of me at the earlier time when I dropped the money. Thank you Pauline! Always great service at this Spar at a time when the concept of "service" is fast eroding.”
“Great staff and the Maids ice cream is amazing. Lorraine was fantastic. So friendly. My fiancée is sick at the moment and Lorraine showed her sympathy, more than I've given her.”
“I had just visited for some fish fingers when some helium voiced lunatic started mouthing off at everyone but was swiftly brought to justice by a powerhouse of a man in white gardening gloves. Kudos to the professional staff who handled the situation like champs. Would visit again, yes.”
“Friendly and helpful staff, the store has a good variety of products and seems to be restocked often. I found everything I needed with the help of a gentleman who was restocking the shelves. Thanks for your help and patience. The lady at the checkout was very helpful and lovely. Thank you to you, too!”
“Love this store close to my home for the little daily needs and always very friendly staff around to help”
“Amazing, dropped a voucher and thought I had lost it. The gentleman who works on the bread area found it and brought it out to me as I was getting into my car. The lady on the self check and another chap knew it had happened so thank you to all of you.”
“Ample essentials. Lovely staff, great to nip into for your milk, bread, paper and lottery tickets. Wouldn't say I'm Tesco's biggest fan but the staff in this store are very friendly, helpful and actually smile at the customer. Take note other tesco stores, learn from this team.”
“Great store with all the products you would expect. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.”
“Good Asda supermarket with a petrol station and carwash in Bangor. There's a £1 carpark charge for 3 hours parking, but it's discounted if you spend £5 in the supermarket.”

“Amazed to see negative reviews of this shop. It is a fantastic facility and it makes other forecourt shops look pathetic. Love the hot food and the staff are always amazing. Keep up the great work.”
“The Tesco Superstore at Yorkgate Centre is a large supermarket in Belfast offering a wide range of groceries, household goods, and a petrol filling station. The store is located at 100-150 York St, Belfast, BT15 1WA, and is open seven days a week”
“Friendly staff and quick service. Proper corner shop.”
“The wine selection offers a vast variety, leaving you spoilt for choice."”
“£3 meal deal is great. Reliable hours. Very handy spot.”
“Thank you for the excellent service.”
“A big enough tesco express, a perfect place to stop off after the train journey or on your way to the train for snacks. There is a good selection in the store and lots of self help tills which helps when it's busy.”
“the staff were very helpful and efficient in helping me to get groceries to a relative who lives alone and has dementia. Her friends are self isolating or have left Belfast to help with their own families and none of her relatives live in NI. I'm very grateful.”
“Great layout since it was renovated. Much easier to get to a checkout and the self checkouts are great. Before it was very cramped and you could sometimes end up queueing for hot food by accident because their queues were flowing the same way - not anymore.”
