“I popped into the store to choose an outfit for my grandson who turned 1 today. I was unsure what top would look nice with the jeans I chose. I approached a young staff member who actually is the manager of the store called Levi. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable I ended up buying two tops instead. Thank you Levi for your help you certainly are a manager with your approach to customers needs are very much appreciated.”

“This is a lovely store with friendly, helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the manageress in helping to find what you are looking for. The store is always very clean and tidy. Staff clearly work very hard at keeping displays neat and items displayed in appropriate, ascending size order. This makes is very easy to find what you are looking for. Also, clothing is displayed alongside items that compliment each other making it simple to put an outfit together. Such a pleasure to shop here when other clothing stores can look like jumble sales”

“I went into Asda Shirley today looking for a packet of onion sauce, I had tried other shops previously but could not get it. I asked a man that was stacking the shelves, he told me that a lady had also asked for this last week, buy they did not seem to stock it. I carried on with my shopping, then the same man that I asked came up to me with a box of onion sauce, he had checked the boxes on the top shelf and this box was behind another box! I praised him for his excellent customer service!, he told me his name was Channy, not many people go out of their way like this anymore, so I just wanted to praise him for this .”
