“This nursery has been great for my child and her devolpment. Have found the staff to always be polite, friendly and helpful and the overall facilities to be great. Since visiting it several times over the last year it has always been clean and tidy and plenty of activities for the kids to engage with. We get lots of updates on how our child is doing through the nursery app and it is great to see pictures of her smiling and being super happy. Ignore the bad reviews they seem to be indivdual cases filled with hate and not giving a true feel or account of the nursery as it is today. One review clearly seems to not have read his terms and conditions on sighn up and is bitter about having to pay a small sighn up fee.”

“Thank you so much to all of the amazing staff at Birmingham Childrens Hospital who worked tirelessly to save my daughters life all staff were very supportive, helpful and knowledgable and I felt very supported and cared about while my baby girl went through three major open heart operations and was very sick in intensive care for multiple other conditions for other major organs and was in hospital for 4 and a half months. The cardiac surgeons, doctors and specialist cardiac nurses were all absolutely amazing especially when my baby needed emergency surgeries. All teams I had support from were outstanding and caring and kind during a very stressful and emotional time. Thank you with all my heart for all of your hard work and support which is ongoing and will be throughout my daughter's childhood. I will never forget how loved and welcome you made us feel and genuinely cared so much and put every effort into helping my baby girl. Thank you so much.”

“Easy to find with parking right outside, we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The world's most comfortable armchairs as you go in, Valera shifted her equipment around so that I didn't have to move (I have mobility issues). The atmosphere is so chilled and relaxed, I dozed off whilst my tattoo was being done. Work is very clean and crisp and she checked in with me regularly to make sure I was okay. Then it was Da Boss's turn for her birthday tattoo, so I snuggled down in my armchair and literally slept for just over an hour - those chairs are so damned comfy! We're already booked in with Alex for next month and I have my eye on a few of Valera's other designs. Highly recommended, first class friendly service.”
