“We visited this store yesterday and ended up buying 2 chairs and looking at various other items around the shop. We were helped by Haris during our visit. He was extremely helpful - he's a credit to the company, no pushy salesperson tactics either..... We've used this branch of Furniture Village previously and the staff have always been great. Obviously I'm just a random person on the internet, but I like to give credit where it is due and thank Furniture Village Solihull (& Haris in particular) for a great experience. I was almost happy to hand my hard earned wages over for the service and chairs! Don't forget to have a free cookie & drink, they're almost as nice as the staff there..... Hopefully the chair picture has uploaded, this is probably the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in (Lindos), nicely adjustable too! (Lots of colour options are available). Considering there were so many of us they were fantastic at getting all of our food out at the same time, and the quality of the food was amazing. “My partner and I have recently visited Platform Three a few nights back after it was recommended to us. We always looked for places that have a warm and welcoming environment. The food we had was exceptional and the waiting and bar staff did a wonderful job of looking after us before and after our meal even though they were very busy, they couldn’t of done more for us. “Visited Mell Square Friday afternoon. Food, staff and place itself absolutely faultless. Charcoal sourdough bread with smashed avocado and salmon with added halloumi was absolutely beautiful. Finally found a place with healthy, nourishing food. My Latte was delicious too. Place very clean with also clean and modern toilet upstairs. Very friendly staff. the I'll be back for sure!”

“The private sushi making lesson hosted by Nari and Yoshie is absolutely incredible. From the moment you start they make you feel comfortable and welcome, sharing their expert knowledge about sushi, the ingredients and the history of everything you're doing. At the end of the course, all the sushi you have created you take away to enjoy in the evening. You are also provided with a follow-up document, describing all the techniques, ingredients and equipment used throughout the day, including locations in the Midlands to find everything! I whole hearty recommend this class as an experience, you won't be disappointed!”

“We visited today for my daughter’s birthday and Dan and his team are amazing. They were friendly and efficient, double checking all orders, and checking we were all happy. It was so lovely to feel so relaxed and to see a team that is clearly well led by Dan. I’ve always loved zizzis but this experience sets it leagues above other restaurants in Solihull. I’m sure restaurant workers get a bit bored of bringing out birthday cakes, but it didn’t show! Thank you very much!”

“Cannot fault this hotel. Absolutely fantastic service from staff. They looked after my elderly mum over Christmas whilst she was up visiting us. Made sure she was warm, safe, and had everything she needed. Rooms and hotel are really really excellent. Clean, tidy, and very well appointed. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks to all at hotel.”

“This is a great hotel in a really good and convenient location only a short drive from the airport and NEC. Lovely rooms (really comfy beds!) and wonderful staff. Lucy the receptionist was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful and tended to our every need. The only negative to point out was the car park which was extremely busy due to an event and what seemed to be a very popular gym.”

“For all intensive purposes this is just the same as a premier inn. It's inexpensive. An hour to Birmingham on the bus which worked out well both ways and spoons which is 6 doors from hotel so it's good for cheap breakfast. Ide deffo stay here again.”

“Always had good experience at this Nandos - especially since the refurb. Chicken is never dry and restaurant is clean. Also found, compared to other branches, they’re very organised and make a big effort to get everyone seated as soon as possible. Fatima (manager) especially adds to the experience. Always friendly and goes above and beyond for all customers. Also, she always remembers my nut allergy and double checks with me.”

“First time visit on a Saturday. We booked, as table was for 7. Extensive menu. All the favourites. The 'signature dishes' were all unique as far as I could tell, and from this I chose Chicken Chemali. Which had a sort of soy, honey,sticky vibe, and utterly delicious. Signature dish meant it came with matched rice and a triangular plate. Standard dishes had circular plates.... Nice touches included....trolley bringing food to our table included a gas hob to ensure perfect temp for the dishes......waiters asked how much of your dish you wanted to start with on your plate, and measured it out for you.....free shots at the end with a choice of sweets/after eights/aniseed. Wonderful service and a pleasant setting right near the huge free car park of Olton Station. Update 14/1/23. Another Very Successful takeaway. Now our go-to Indian Restaurant Update 19/9/23. Another excellent meal in the restaurant. All others are now compared to this one, as the benchmark. Look out for special offer when you dine in off peak. Update 5/2/24. Still great. I think the plates are a bit bigger? We were all stuffed. Saturday evening and it was packed, but still great food. Update 22/9/24. They've updated their menu. All the old favorites of mine, and some new ones to try over coming visits...... All with dish names I don't think I've seen on a menu before. Check it out! Just remember to book on Saturdays. PS, there's currently 25% off food when you dine in Sunday to Thursday”

“We had an amazing time at Orleans Smokehouse! Our party of 12 was looked after by Michaela, who was absolutely brilliant so friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was happy all night. Nothing was too much trouble for her! The food was spot-on, my steak was cooked perfectly, and everyone at the table loved their meals. Great flavours, generous portions, and such a good vibe all round. Massive thanks to Michaela and the team for making it such a fantastic evening. Can’t wait to come back!”
