“I honestly couldn't recommend Fivelands Moseley more highly! My dog Bowie is a "frequent flyer" at the surgery and we really are treated like family. Bowie loves his visits to the vets as he gets loads of fuss from all the staff. The care he receives is second to none and this is very much prioritised over profit. When Bowie lost an eye 18 months ago, I was touched to learn that the costs for eye pressure tests were dramatically reduced so that these became an affordable standard part of an eye exam. Bowie now has his eye pressure checked during every appointment, and I'm sure this lowered cost has supported the eye care of many other dogs too. Bowie has also had two expert surgeries at Fivelands, which were very successful and life-changing for him (especially his BOAS surgery). We're so grateful to live so close to such a great surgery - we wouldn't go anywhere else (even if we move!)”

“I came across Mitch’s business on Google whilst searching for some help as my wheel bearing had broken and I needed my car to get to work which is some distance away, I called Mitch and he was extremely helpful, within 2 days he was at my house and my car was jacked up being repaired. There was a slight issue with a part which I had ordered from euro car parts but Mitch genuinely went above and beyond to repair my car and get me back on the road. Really good communication from Mitch and just a genuinely nice bloke. Will definitely be booking him again should anything go wrong on my car! Very reasonably priced and genuinely cannot thank him enough for repairing my car and helping where he could.”

(this is not a criticism ) .So i tried Bhandal Colley Gate,got through straight away and made an appointment for the next day.Fantastic. On having a few moments spare i looked at the reviews for Colley gate ,some of the reviews were ok ,but two fairly recent ones didn't make such good reading.I thought "o dear what have i done". I can only speak as i find ,i have had dealings with three members of staff one being the dentist and i cant fault the staff at all, on all occasions polite jokey pleasant more than helpful, i was at ease all the time and would recommend this practice based on my experience , one last thin my partner has moved her too. I have also dealt with Mike and Steve and they have always been a pleasure to deal with.
