“Kiran is absolutely amazing! She always takes the time to shape my eyebrows perfectly, and I leave every appointment feeling so happy and confident. Her attention to detail and skill are unmatched, and she’s also such a kind, welcoming person. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows! I used to go to Farzana’s for years, but their service has really gone downhill recently. I decided to try Parveen’s for the first time — and I was immediately converted! The lovely lady at the reception desk was so welcoming. I was seen straight away with no waiting time, which was especially impressive considering it’s almost Eid. They had a brilliant ticketing system in place to manage clients efficiently. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was lovely and incredibly thorough — I was genuinely impressed with the care she took. When I went to pay, the receptionist gave me a loyalty card (such a thoughtful perk!) and even took my number to send me special offers via text. On top of all that, the threading was only £5 — such a bargain these days! I never usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was truly deserved. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!”

Humera and Ola where professional, polite, friendly and so knowledgeable on the products and treatments I needed for my hair. I had a wash, toner/colour correction, cut and blow dry and feel like a new woman! My hair looks healthy and beautiful and they listened to exactly what I wanted whilst advising me on maintenance and realistic expectations. I walked away with some products to try out including Moroccan hair oil and a deep conditioning hair mask. They are reasonably priced and know what they are doing! Would highly recommend!”

My nails look and feel so fresh, the cuticles were dealt with, and they were filed beautiful. I also have to say I got an almost exact match to my inspiration photo which im very happy with. the attention to detail was extremely impressive and they were so kind, offering tea and coffee on arrival. To my pleasure, his hair was cut beautifully and they really made sure I was happy, and most importantly, that my son was happy the entire time. We paid for the 1st haircut package and received a Polaroid snap of his completed look, a certificate, a lock of his hair in a sealed small glass container, and yummy sweets. Pleasant staff and the atmosphere is amazing for children, I've never seen anything like it. Highly recommend this business to all parents.”

“Went in this afternoon after chatting to the guy outside for a bit. Was pleased that they didn't charge me extra despite my very long hair, which is something every other place I've been to has done. I showed the barber the kind of cut I was after and he was very happy to cut and shape my hair as I had asked along with a shave for good measure. They were both also very friendly and chatty! On a random side note, they also made me a pretty good cup of tea while I waited! Very pleased, will be coming again!”
