“It was my first visit last Friday. The two cashiers were very hospitable, friendly and helpful. One male cashier even let me try the cheese cake before I bought it on my birthday. It was really tasty and I was looking for the similar taste cheese cake for a while since my last visit to Lanzarote in 2015. The plain waffles are the best for children and the Polish bread was really nice which were recommended by some Polish customers I met in the store. I will come back again.”

“Loved the experience. You are welcomed by very friendly staff. You can buy the animal feed at this point and then you got the animal feeding barn, hens, the insects. Not too big but a lot of fun. They have a really huge children’s okay area and a cafe.”

“Went to see avatar, heating was broken so it felt like AC was on in winter. £80 for 5 of us - being comfortable felt like a reasonable ask. Bloody horrible, complained but nothing happened. Went to the car to get blankets. ayesha was behind the food counter and came in to offer us some hot chocolate on the house. Sometimes, things go wrong and it’s no one’s fault. How teams handle that stuff makes all the difference as a customer - bringing us hot chocolate to our seats is the kind of simple, kind act of initiative that turns around bad situations. Ayesha, not everyone thinks like this - “treat people like guests in your home” is what amazing people do, and you did instinctively. You’re an asset to the business - drive it like you own it, you’ll go far with that attitude!! Thank you for looking after us.”

“Both my daughters have enjoyed attending little sneakers. The staff are all lovely, brilliant with the children and do a fantastic job at keeping the children engaged and excited to learn. . There are plenty toys, activities for the children to get involved with and the pre school do a brilliant job of preparing the kids for school. My youngest starts school this year and is sad to be leaving. She has gained more confidence and really blossomed since coming to sneakers. It is a lovely vibrant nursery with a happy atmosphere and happy kids. Would highly recommend it.”

“We attended today with 4, 7 and 11 year olds (plus my 56 year old Dad) and so much fun was had by all!! Fantastic place, with safe fun, exceptional customer service and a wonderful cafe and viewing area. Today was standard entry for us, but next year I’ll be booking a party! She took time to explain each step of the various processes and was patient with us from the outset. We were particularly impressed when we needed to go into the office to sign some documents. It was the school holidays and we needed to bring our children with us. Sonia had prepared some fun games and colouring to keep the children occupied while we signed the necessary forms.
