“Just recently registered my puppy frankie. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. So glad I chose this vets this time around. 10 out of 10 thankyou xxx”
“Absolutely amazing and caring staff! Taking our beloved dog there knowing she was going to have her last breath at the waterfront vet centre was so upsetting but the staff were so empathetic and could not do enough for us! Even a little card a week later expressing their condolences. Couldn't rate them highly enough!”
“Absolutely amazing service. Lovely family run business, so welcoming and helpful. Nice and quiet compared to big chain groom rooms. Took on our giant great Dane for her first groom, couldn't be happier with the team. Thank you so much ! Will see you again soon!”
“Had my puppies 1st vaccination here yesterday and was a pleasant experience. The vet was lovely and understanding.”
“Friendly vets practice. Always made welcome. Nothings too much trouble. Pets are always fussed over, even though one of them is vocal.”
“Lovely yummy treats and great toys all nature and healthy Bert approved :) super quick delivery and easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommend.”
“If you need help and advice about anything to do with your dog/cats health, especially diet, then come along and have a chat with Matt. He is so knowledgable and produces his own herbal blends which can help with many issues. My very anxious and fussy collie is on the Focus Blend and has recently moved onto Akela raw food and the complete food, on Matt's advice, which she loves, licks her bowl clean every time now. Job done, thank you Matt :)”
“All the lovely staff go above and beyond. It's a pleasure to deal with with their staff. Brilliant.”
“Very efficient and professional service provided when booking and receiving my flu jab.”
“I have used this pharmacy for many years. I've never once had anything other than great service. Local knowledgeable service is going to be a massive asset in these testing times. Thanks Guys.”

“I don't actually go here ! ... I found it on a search for an out of hours Pharmacy ... From what l have read about the store it has a good reputation.”
“We've had a great experience with this practice and couldn't be happier with the care our pets have received. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, compassionate, and consistently go above and beyond to look after the animals in their care. An experience that really stood out was when our dog needed stitches after a bite. The vet managed to perform the surgery the same day, even though our appointment was later in the afternoon. We were so grateful for the responsiveness and dedication of the team. Special thanks to Lorraine, Jenny, and Zdena, who have all provided exceptional care to our dog recently. They were kind, professional, and took the time to make both us and our dog feel safe and well looked after. As pet owners, we always feel listened to. The staff makes sure to explain every option and never pressures us into unnecessary treatments, it's clear they care about the wellbeing of the pets more than anything. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming.”
“Excellent service again for our small animals with the lovely veterinary nurse. Staff are always friendly and happy to answer any questions and give us advice - great value for money. Wouldn't want to take our boys anywhere else.”
“I honestly couldn't recommend Fivelands Moseley more highly! My dog Bowie is a "frequent flyer" at the surgery and we really are treated like family. Bowie loves his visits to the vets as he gets loads of fuss from all the staff. The care he receives is second to none and this is very much prioritised over profit. When Bowie lost an eye 18 months ago, I was touched to learn that the costs for eye pressure tests were dramatically reduced so that these became an affordable standard part of an eye exam. Bowie now has his eye pressure checked during every appointment, and I'm sure this lowered cost has supported the eye care of many other dogs too. Bowie has also had two expert surgeries at Fivelands, which were very successful and life-changing for him (especially his BOAS surgery). We're so grateful to live so close to such a great surgery - we wouldn't go anywhere else (even if we move!)”
“My dog Dede has been under the oncology team from January 25 to November 25, we have had weekly chemotherapy appointments and a three night stay in the hospital ward. I want to add that my dog is very well behaved and I am very particular with how she is treated - The Willows have been nothing but professional and caring towards my little girl and I could not recomend this place more and I have never been concerned about her care. A big shout out to Furgus and Bryn and the wider oncology team, but also all of the really caring nurses who have made our experience a positive one - The day my dogs nasty lymphoma reurns we will he refering back to The Willows. Might I add we travel from Leicestershire for this amazing place!”
“Both vets and nurses and admins are very friendly. Took my rabbits here for joint dislocation treatment, GI stasis and serious wounds. They took the appointment very quickly and I'm glad I changed to this vet from another. The joint dislocation treatment went very well and my rabbit is now fully healed (The successful rate in general of this type of treatment is not high, and there were high risks of dislocate again). Being fully healed is totally out of expectation. He is happily jumping and running like nothing happened. You can see the love towards your animals from the vets' eyes. They are very passionate and listen to your concerns. They were willing to run extra tests just to make sure my rabbits are fine. All the risks, complications, how necessary (or not necessary) the meds/tests/treatments are, and costs were well explained. Highly recommend!”
“I took my 1 year old lab for a checkup due to her breathing. She’s an extremely nervous dog and always has been, she’s currently in training. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so patient with us. Our first visit, we couldn’t even get near the vet without my pup being terrified, after speaking further with the staff, we figured out a way to have the consultation. Such amazing and sweet staff and I really appreciate how much they helped us. We’ve been with many vets, yet this is by far the best. Most vets wouldn’t have wanted to see us again. The only way we got a happy tail wag was when my pup noticed the teddies they had on display, I can confirm their teddies are worth buying too! They are super helpful, if you also have a nervous pup, I called up to explain and spoke to them in advance. I definitely recommend! (As you’ll see in the photo, she was extremely happy with her teddy)”
“First time bringing my puppy, had no appointment booked as i just dropped by for advice on being first time dog mommy and the receptionist was so lovely and welcoming and got me in for an appointment straight away . the vet was very friendly and checked my puppy all over . very happy customer”
“1st rate for pets very attentive & compassionate. nurse was lovely to our cat only needed claws cutting but she acts like she's having surgery. very clean place”
“Absolutely brilliant veterinary practice! First and foremost, they saved our dogs life after diagnosing a very rare condition and have been fantastic in helping us manage it ever since. From the minute you walk in, the staff on reception are welcoming and friendly and always help with queries and questions, scheduling multiple appointments, ordering medications etc. They were so patient with helping use the pet insurance as we make multiple claims a year, making our life so much easier and providing so much information for us when we wanted to establish which parts of his care we would use the insurance for. The vet nurses are very knowledgeable and always friendly, which makes you feel confident too. Finally, the veterinary team are the best we've ever. They explain everything really well, consider all the options, make great recommendations and really work to problem solve for us. We can't thank them enough really for everything the whole team have done and do for us, because we know without them, we wouldn't still have our beautiful boy with us.”
“the best vets in my experience for small animals. i have used first vets on several occasions now for my guinea pigs, the most recent being for an emergency. we were able to get an emergency appointment within half an hour of phoning. the vets are not only knowledgeable but so kind as well. i have experienced different vets surgeries in the past who are afraid of small animals or have refused to touch them but nothing compares to the care both my guinea pig and i received at first vets. the vet we saw talked us through our options and didn’t make us feel rushed to make a decision. unfortunately, my guinea pig was put down but they handled her with dignity and respect, wrapping her in a clean blanket for me to take her home in. i must also praise the reception staff as well, who were so genuinely kind and compassionate. we were so very well looked after on a truly awful evening, i really am grateful to have such a knowledgeable and caring vet practice in my area.”
“Excellent chemists They did not have medication in stock and there was a possibility it might not be there before I went on holiday. Pharmacist suggested I went back to GP’s to get the prescription changed so that they would be able to dispense medication in time. This was fantastic service and took the stress from me before I went away. Above and beyond my past experience of chemists - many thanks”
“I visited the clinic today for travel injections. The pharmacist was accommodating of when I wanted to get my vaccinations and incredibly was friendly and helpful. He explained each of the vaccines thoroughly and it was a smooth process.”
