“My partner Lee Visited next in Kingsgate on Monday to purchase a pair of faux leather leggings (which are fantastic) however he wanted to buy me a top but nothing he assumed I'd like was available in store so the lady who served him (CLAIRE) apparently used her experience and advised him of a top she knew would look perfect (a white lace body by Lipsy which he had to order but arrived the next day) but I want to say thanks to claire as her choice was astounding and I'm absolutely thrilled and thanks for being so professional and understanding in assisting him.”

Was very helpful in giving us a checklist, and also showed our daughter the correct way (in order) to put on a rucksack and fasten the straps. “Ria, a member of staff, gave exceptional service today. I was hoping to buy two of the same jacket, but only one was on the stand. While I was at the checkouts, I mentioned it to her, and she kindly went to look for another. Although there wasn’t one in my size, she went out of her way to find a similar jacket that worked perfectly. While she was gone, I also spotted another jacket I liked in a different size. Even though the store was busy, Ria remained happy and enthusiastic throughout. I felt like I might have been a bit awkward, but nothing was too much trouble. Her customer service really stood out. I can’t say the same for another staff member at the checkouts, who didn’t seem nearly as engaged or enthusiastic.”
