“Been our local off licence for 9 years. Amazingly well stocked and staff are all friendly and helpful. Rarely need to go anywhere else but would be great if it was open till 12/1 on weekends”
“I visited The Tide with my mum yesterday and it was such a lovely, friendly atmosphere, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. There were lots of vegan options and my tummy was rumbling so I was really grateful that we noticed this Cafe (you can't miss it, that beautiful psychedelic caravan is a real pull!). I wholeheartedly recommend this little Cafe to anyone visiting or living in the area.”
“Good selection of groceries. Wines, beers, ciders, and unique spirits. Very helpful friendly staff too. Recommendations are welcome.”

“Great little watering hole situated at the end of The Open Market, wide range of curious beers, lovely bit of sun, a bit pricey but to be expected these days. Deech (spelling?) stupendous, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic beerman; makes you feel like you've been a regular for years. Awesome spot all round, will be returning!”
“Boss man is amazing as everyone else said! So are his brothers you can go in there any time of the day and have great conversation and they try to make you feel very welcome. I'm not the most social person but I do like to know who I'm giving my money too and always feel happy when I spend it here.”
“You've got a love Roy's, from the staff that ignore you why you walk around, To the odd array of food that they still stocking since covid.”
“Best local around Preston Park. Orhan and the team are all so great, friendly and always happy to help. The prices are good, their produce is good quality and they have a wide variety of goods, despite being relatively small. Highly recommended!!! :)”

“Shaktis is the corner stone of corner stores, they keep a good stock of a wide selection of convenience needs, tampons got ya covered, cough medicine got you covered. Staff are great really good customer service happy to help guide you find what you're after and are happy to talk to the boss about getting stuff in if it's something you'd like. Great with the kids friendly and funny approach but never too much. Samosas are great especially if you're on route to work. Keep it up Shakti's!”

“It's hard to know how to review a place like this. We all know what a convenience store is, and if that's what you want then it'll be the right place to go.”
“I regularly use their parcel services and they are always very friendly and helpful- would recommend!”
“There is now a new owner of the shop. He is very nice and friendly, (a welcome change from the previous older gentleman). He now has the Pay point up and running, along with the Payzone machine. He is still waiting for the Post Office service to be set up, but that should be soon. He also has the Evri service running. He is also asking if customers can give him some feedback on products they would like to see in the shop. If you have stopped coming to this shop because of the previous owner and service, I would highly recommended a return visit, so you can see the difference for yourself.”
