“Had a good experience here. The place is cosy and the family running the place are really nice and accommodating, immediately offering a smile when we went in. We tried their Big English Breakfast, which was really good! Food presentation was lovely and really looked appetising! Also you can have it with toast, in our case we just had it regular meaning no toast but in the end we were still so full and satisfied. It’s just the coffee it was 2 shots but the cup was a bit to big and made it a bit weak, or maybe too much milk was added to our latte. So I suggest requesting to have another extra shot to your coffee! But in general recommend this place 100%. Well done!”

“A supremely cute Mexican restaurant serves up a limited menu of tacos and other small plates. We had a Chilies Toreados and a mushroom tacos and both were packed in flavour and were delicious. Loved it!”

“The restaurant isn't very large, and initially wouldn't accommodate parties of more than four, though they later arranged seating upstairs. None of that mattered, as the food was absolutely delicious, and one of the waitresses was particularly lovely.”

“Outstanding by every measure. The picture of a self-made success, from the story printed on the menu to seeing the owner come through the door with groceries - she even came to chat for a bit, an absolutely charming lady. I ordered huge fried king prawns on a bed of rice. The portion was massive, prawns were plentiful and delicious, perfect crisp and taste. Rice was sweet and mixed with prawn bits perfectly. Others at ther table ordered all sorts, noodles and rice and vegetables each, and all of them were hugely portioned, delicious, and kept us fed the whole day. I can't believe how lucky I am to have this place so close to my house.”

“Thai Crystal was a total lifesaver with the kitchen open until 10pm when many other establishments had already closed kitchens at 9pm. I don’t mean to imply that it’s a last choice on the main restaurant street of Haywards Heath—it’s totally a first choice if you’re in the mood for filling Thai dishes. We loved our food. The staff was so friendly. The kitchen was quick for the amount of food we ordered. The prices are very reasonable (granted you aren’t in the middle of London). The menu is clearly marked with spicy, vegetarian, etc notations. The ambiance is nice with white tablecloths and napkins in addition to a TV looping calming landscape scenery. Thai Crystal has at least 2 other locations around London.”

“Enjoyed an amazing 3-course meal after being unable to get in to Prezzo opposite and crossing the road to try Dom. I always thought it looked a bit empty when passing but it's spacious with plenty of inside and outside seating. It was fairly full with a nice atmosphere. Service was good, food was reasonably priced and we were made to feel welcome. Will definitely be back next time I fancy Italian.”

“It was my first time going to Chloe’s as I am new to the area and they definitely didn’t disappoint. The salon was tidy and the man that did my nails was gentle and efficient. “Firstly my apologies for taking so long to say thank you to you all but specifically to David. We came to Brighton in the summer on the hunt for a new suit, as we had a number of Weddings coming up and I was in dire need of a new suit. We tried a few other places before arriving at Woodies. As we walked in we were warmly greeted by David who you could tell straight away was experienced honest and knew his profession inside and out. David patiently listened to what I had in mind and diplomatically guided me to what David recommended for my skin tone and eye colour. He was of course 100% correct and after trying a few suits I then followed his original recommendation, which he made within minutes of meeting. I tried it on and it was perfect. It took a while to get used to accepting that the person in the mirror looking back at me was in fact me! I am not used to wearing suits and to wear and own one that is of this quality and suited to my skin tone and eye colour, I feel a very lucky man to have decided to walk into Woodies that day. David went on to pair the suit with a lovely ivory shirt, a tan suede leather belt and a beautiful Liberty tie and pocket square to complete the ensemblé. I could not be happier with the customer service we received from David and for dressing me in my new suit. We are now two Weddings in and I have had so many compliments from friends and complete strangers and it’s all thanks to Woodies and especially David. I love my new suit and feel great whenever I wear it. I cannot thank you enough and will continue to recommend the team at Woodies to anyone looking for an experienced safe pair of hands with decades of experience behind them. “The brother running this kitchen was very kind and friendly, and did an excellent job with the food and drinks, the meat was succulent fresh and tasty, it was spiced so well it far exceeded my expectations. The lamb burger was perhaps the best lamb burger I have had, and coming from London where we have many great examples of south Asian foods this is saying something. The desi chai was very tasty. Muslims rest assured everything sold here is halal inshallah. This place is my new go to when in Worthing, and I will be sure to tell others about this gem, thank you Lahore Grill!”
