βThese place is so goooood! OMG! I think all we want out of a good eatery is consistency. I have been going to Fuel Burger for at least three years and every single time is as good as the the time before - sometimes better! The Monthly Specials are a must. Regardless if you think you may not like bone marrow, if these guys use it, it's gonna be awesome! I try to have the monthly specials every month and very much looking forward to trying the "GOT BEEF". A word on the other items, I personally haven't tried the Milkshakes, but friends of mine have. And the look on their faces is the same as the look I had on my face when I was a 16 Year Old lad watching Baywatch! The Traybake Cakes, the Biscoff in particular is mega!!!β
βPopped in on my morning walk and was greeted by a giant smile from the gentleman behind the bar. The breakfast I got was the number 2, amazingly well cooked, super hot and quick. Great value for money and a lovely spot! Wish Iβd found it sooner.β
βWas great, Florin was our waiter. Great service and good food! - George As soon as we arrived we had a lovely dining experience, beautiful restaurant. The staff are lovely and we were lucky enough to have Florin as our waiter. - Rubyβ
βGreat food, friendly and attentive service, good price.β
βWhat a pleasant surprised. Trying to find a table for 5 at midday for a spontanous roast is a tricky find when you call up most places and theyre fully booked until 5:30pm that evening - we were so lucky that wasn't the case with La Piazza and I imagine its because no one would think that this resturant would do such a great roast! Hoenestly - the portion size inceedible, the beef thin, the pork belly wasn't too crisp that we couldn't bite into the top, so yummy and the chicken was also really really good! All five of us were really happy with our choice. Would defintely go again and recommend to others. Really lovely variation of veggies too.β
βWe popped in on an off chance after walking at devils dike. We were instantly welcomed by two lovely ladies who were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful selection of locals beers and dog friendly. Would definitely come back to try the food!β
βWell this was a rather merry and jolly visit. We were served by a wonderful young person called Liv A (the A is important because there are two Livs but I'm sure the other Liv is very lovely too) Our Liv is a delightful human being with very nice hair and a very friendly and personable manner. I have allergies and she was very helpful in navigating the menu. As always the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!β
βLovely chilled pub. Plenty of seating, friendly staff and great for chatting- you can hear each other! Also had possibly the best mince pie of my life here..β
βMy friend and I came here for a few drinks the night before last and we would just like to comment on how socially aware, friendly and helpful the bar staff were. If you want great drinks and donβt know the area well, this is a welcoming bar. Would recommend!β
βThis is a great local venue for great music, with a good selection of local beers on offer. The events diary keeps you coming back. The food is great and compared to other pubs in Hoveβ¦.Its great value. The team there are lovely people, very welcoming. Any day of the week, it well worth stopping by to check it out.β

β1) Beautiful setting on the beachfront. PLUS you can see the old derelict pier. 2) Staff are really friendly and make good recommendations (not just to get you to spend more!) 3) The food was delicious! Bonus point - as you can see the wine was really chilled which I love! C&Cβ
βAmazing food, fresh and homemade also the best caramel ice latte with oat milk, most importantly the staff are amazing and friendly always willing to help, surrounded in a cosy atmosphere where you have WIFI and you can relax. I highly recommend coming here.β
βDropped into CafΓ© Coho in Brighton just before closing, and despite it being near the end of the day, the welcome was still warm and friendly β no sense of being hurried out the door. I ordered a strong flat white, and it was exactly what I needed: rich, full-bodied, and clearly made with care, even that close to closing time. The cafΓ© itself has a clean, stylish feel without trying too hard β relaxed but with attention to detail. The staff were attentive and polite, and there was a sense that they genuinely cared about the quality of both the coffee and the customer experience. Itβs easy for some places to switch off as the shutters go down, but not here. That level of consistency says a lot. Iβll absolutely be back again when I'm next in the area, whether it's for a slow sit-down or another quick pick-me-up. Highly recommend if youβre after proper coffee and a professional, no-fuss service in central Brighton.β
βI am in love with this cafe, the food they do is superb/healthy and mediterian style. Worth going and enjoy the variety of food they offer. Cant wait to go again.β
βGorgeous aesthetics, calm yet upbeat funky atmosphere and most importantly great food with something catered for everyone Safe to say a new favourite place pricey but worth it definitely springs to mind perfect place for a date or a special occasion, booked up quickly and friendly staff. Nothing bad to say about it as it was very nice I was even recommend a better option from gentleman serving which I enjoyed a lot, even people cooking smiling and enjoying their jobs really nice atmosphere and a very enjoyable experience overall will return another evening, I even had my child and asked to use the restroom outside the front of the premises which they allowed at the time but when entering smelt the food and needed to sit down and try it and so glad I did. I'd been missing out on this little gem! Worth a visit! thank you.β
βI love this place. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I like taking my coffee sitting outside. Actually I find its interior very inspiring and peaceful.β
βLured in by the fantastic cakes in the window! Had a sandwich which came on thick bloomer bread with plenty of filling, a salad and crisps. Great value for money. Quirky decor, nice atmosphere and a friendly welcome. Itβs a great place to eat in Rottingdean and exceptional value. Will be back.β
βIβve only ever ordered pizzas from here and last nights pizza was superb. Iβm fussy and it ticked every box there is for delicious and well cooked food . On top of that the staff rang and confirmed where I lived and it arrived piping hot. The delivery guy almost told me not to tip him and gave me tips on keeping warm because I was cold. I wouldnβt get pizzas anywhere else. From the chefs and supporting staff my takeaway was perfect. Thank you. Xxβ
βHidden away, this gem of a rock bar is definitely one to visit. The bar area is fairly small, but they have an area upstairs that houses bands. Didn't have time to go up and have a watch, but sounded good. Drinks were cheap and the music was good. Next time I'm in the area will definitely be visiting again.β
βReally liked this place. Came here on a Wednesday evening with booking a table beforehand. I would suggest you'd do the same as it was full for a Wednesday (always a good sign). We ordered drinks, two small plates and two large plates and it came out of the kitchen really quickly (we were eating main meal in the next 20-25 minutes). After that we decided to have a dessert and with that it took one whole hour to order, get the desserts, finish and pay. So the service was a bit slow in the end but nothing to complain about as they were really nice and friendly. I loved the food, fairly priced and loved the fresh ingredients. One thing that bothered me was the lamb's lettuce on everything. Could be at least flavored, or maybe not there at all? I loved the atmosphere of the place, pretty decor, nice music...somebody really thought this through. Overall a great experience and would definitely visit again.β
βCafΓ© can get quite busy but good choice on the menu including a popular breakfast menu. Service was good, food freshly cooked and pleasant outlook over the sea from an elevated raised area next to the car park. Outside seating and ladies and gents toilets.β
βThis place is the absolute best! The food is really yummy definitely my favourite place to eat in or takeaway. i love the concept of choosing what i want in my pasta bowl. I recommend ordering the Italian Mini Pizza's as a side. Decent prices and the staff and the owner are so nice and knows how to deliver good customer service.β
βLovely people. They were very kind and helpful to my elderly mum. They made us a pistachio milkshake that was amazing, even though milkshakes are not on the menu. My mum and I loved it and definitely want to go back!β
βReally great breakfast, had the 2 egg option with sides and some of those homemade potatoes (which were gorgeous). The beans had a lovely cajun, smokey taste and the eggs were poached perfectly. Plus Sourdough! Sitting outside on the picnic bench was a perfect way to start the day and watch as Brighton rouses itself. Booking recommended (especially for breakfast). Staff were all courteous and professional. No complaints!β
βAbsolutely wonderful place!! The food is veggie and vegan and it is incredible! The loaded fries with bacon jam were so good! The decor is so lovely, it's just such a warm and inviting place! Looking forward to being there on a live music night! :) The supervisor on shift, Kitty, was just so sweet and nice! :) will visit againβ
βPopped in for impromptu lunch and chat with a mate. Warm, jolly welcome. Beer (Long Man) very pleasant and nicely kept. Food was excellent (I had the gammon, egg and chips - nice piece of meat, plenty of it and very tasty, my friend had a burger). Both very happy with the food, service and ambiance. Decamped outside for a smoke, to the large, covered seating area (with booths and heaters); we were so comfy we stayed outside for the rest of our visit. In all we stayed about 4-5 hours.β
βLove this pub!! All the staff are super friendly and the vibe is very warm and cosy β€οΈ I had the philly cheeseburger and omg it was insane and so reasonable! Good spacious beer garden with lots of seats and lots of character. 10/10 pub!β
