“What can I say, I've used delivery services before and none compare to "when you want it" been using them a lot as all the others I've previously used have been a major let down, either running out and not having the desired drink or really slack to the extreme in punctuality. These guys give a max time of 30-45 mins and I can honestly say everytime so far it's been 20 mins if that!! I give 10/10 and say by far the best service so far. To top it off they now do the brand of cigarettes I smoke. I haven't used anyone else since I've started using this service. Overall, they do what the name implies.”

“A fabulous food and drink stop, right by the water's edge. Superb, friendly and efficient staff dish up great tea and coffee (plus other drinks) with a great selection of snackable food including burgers and their famous bacon and egg roll. Truly good value with fully loaded rolls (or bread if you prefer). Fabulous!”

“Staff aren't particularly interactive off their own back, but if you talk to them they respond accordingly. I guess there are so many customers in and out buying small amounts, their main priority is fast service to prevent a wait for customers. Nevertheless they are nice and friendly, I have no complaints. Staff are quick to serve, knowledgeable, helpful and clearly work hard to provide a high level of service. The store is always clean, tidy and well stocked. Nothing at all to complain about, well done to all, you are appreciated.”

“They stock most things that you can buy at a larger store, but not so many choices, and prices are slightly higher, but it's in the local community, so there is no need to travel to the main store which is out of town.”

“Overall it's a great store here, there's loads of free parking outside, it's very easy to get to, on car or on foot. Prices are usually quite cheap, however I would say other supermarkets beat this store on price for a variety of things. I usually go here for the meal deal on offer, which is worth the money, although there isn't clear cut lines of what is and isn't in the meal deal half the time which is inconvenient. Large range of items too, can get everything here needed for a weekly shop, food, clothes, drinks.etc”

As well as serving on the tills.I find the home delivery service very hand as well. As I can carry on around the rest of yate shops and receive my Iceland shop later that day. Delivery is very reliable.”

It's amazing the abundance they have there; excellent quality produce, delicious options, just about everything I ever could have hoped for from all over the world, and I could always count on it all being high quality and ethically sourced. I got to know them a little and they even knew when my family were in town. I've moved away from the area now and I will miss this shop. They're the best kind of business.”

“They serve a must-try classic hot chocolate. The right balance of chocolate and milk. Not overly sweet nor too milky. It’s perfect after a walk in the chilly weather around lovely Bath. Tried their white ganache stuffed cookie, it was good but probably too sweet for my taste. Still a 5/5 classic hot chocolate for me.”

“Useful car park - no longer limited to 3 hours and plenty of 7kW chargers on level B2 (but need to log on to Waitrose WiFi to connect PodPoint app). Store has a good range of groceries and household items. Self-service and staffed checkouts.”

“Iceland staff are very nice. Given a few factors it's surprising to me in fact. I've often needed help finding products, there's two doors for the staff to keep an eye on, and there's a huge range of products (which don't stay still), they do really well. You know what you're getting is consistent and and reliable.”

“We need shops like this, I've always liked the food warehouse which is basically an icelands on steroids. Loads of produce, I can get a very good diner (and a good plates worth) with something sweet for the evening after while watching a little TV for 5.50 uk pounds, and best of all have a different diner for 14 days, (that's as long as I've lasted until needing to go into morrisons for some items they don't sell), but they do very well with what they have, fizzy drinks, meats, curries, chrisps, pizzas (which are as cheap as one UK pound) yes you could have cheese pizza today, pepperoni tomorrow, chicken the next, spend a little more and the pizza choice is impressive, beads, garlic nan's, cakes, cheese cakes, chocolate, vegetables, they've covered most areas of someone's taste cravings. Yes you can say alot of it is processed and yes we should be eating organic meats and vegetables and drinking from a natural well but two things, conveniently easy and a great price, so you know where this is leading to, 5 stars all the way. Oh one quick last thing, watch their car parks. I cant say for all of them because I've only visited the Glastonbury and weston super mares stores but there's strict parking rules with a fine system, I felt I needed to add that. Oh its 9.50pm I gota go, (there's only two people in the world that will know what that means)”
