Rosie goes in looking like she's been dragged through a hedge backwards, to emerge like a new pooch. (And always smelling sooooo gorgeous!) Esther and the team have always been amazing, friendly and just brilliant all round. I've never had a poor experience, no injuries or cuts (and it's worth mentioning Rosie is a bloody fidget so that says alot for their patience and skill). Bed and pillow were firm which was perfect for me. Breakfast the next morning was a nice selection of cheese, fruit, eggs and they provided gluten free bread. 10/15minute drive into bath city centre.”

I saw a picture of some beautiful honeysuckle and bumble bee he’d drawn and knew instantly I wanted it as a tattoo. I was nervous at first about how it would translate onto my body but Stew took the time to talk me through different positions and what would work best for me. He put me totally at ease during the process and was truly professional at the same time. I was delighted with the results and received so many complements which was nice. Stew has since drawn and tattooed me a beautiful Jay bird and I’m sure I’ll be back for more.”

A new nursery has opened much closer to me but I still want to make the journey across town to Little Willows because I know and trust them and can't fault the way they run the place and what they have done for our children so far. All the staff are polite and friendly and seem to love working there. They are all friends with each other and that really creates a great atmosphere. I value their opinion and often ask them over my health visitor!! They were as excited as my family were when we told them no.3 was on the way!
