Thank you Henry for this and the concise plans you drew up and now overseeing upcoming installation. It’s put us back on track to enjoy our move to Bath.”

“We're really pleased with our kitchen from Schmidt. From our first visit the service was great with plenty of attention paid to the smaller details by Leroy and Ed. The kitchen was delivered on time and the installation by Colin was excellent. The quality of the kitchen and appliances is excellent and we are very pleased with the finished kitchen. It has transformed our house. We would thoroughly recommend visiting Schmidt Bath and using them if you are looking to replace or upgrade your kitchen.”

“Great service from start to finish. Kept in contact with me while we were waiting to move into our house. Delivery guys were polite and helpful and showed us how lift the bed safely as it’s an ottoman bed. Brilliant!”

“Stayed at Mr Darcy's House for my hen do and we all had an amazing time. The house was perfect for a hen do and we loved used the basement bunk room space for the evenings. The house was clean and nicely decorated and I would highly recommend it. Minnie was so helpful over email and there were nice special touches on our arrival which made it feel really special!”

“Excellent location, easy 10 min stroll into town. The addition of parking was a welcome bonus, along with a late check out of 11am. We were in room 5, lovely spacious room, view over the green towards the Cathedral. We didn't hear any night traffic or noise on our stay so that was nice. Little kitchen area, with Kettle and Fridge. My only 'complaint' would be there wasn't enough tea bags for us, only 2 'normal' tea, rest were herbal but that's a big deal really. Would definitely stay here again if the occasion arose.”

“Fantastic stay, I'mpeccably clean apartment, everything you need for a short stay is at hand, and 2 minutes down the hill and you're in the centre of Bath. Highly recommended. Parking is a nightmare but that's the same everywhere in Bath,its not a criticism of the apartment at all.”

“Visited the store recently with a lady I care for looking to purchase a recliner chair to enable her to stand up alittle easier and to be comfortable.The two lovely ladies there(sorry I don't know your names)..were so helpful,kind,knowledgeable and professional.In no rush and took their time to ensure the chair was the right one in height weight etc for her. “Lucky us to find such a lovely antique shop rather than the usual junk-type antiques so common these days. Beau Nash is special - high quality antiques and lovely Cynthia who is very knowledgeable and kind enough to let us take the George III mirror we bought home to London to try. If we didn't think it fitted, a colleague (who visits London regularly) could come and collect. Needless to say, it is perfect - well worth the wait and travelling 200 miles! We will definitely come to Beau Nash again.”

“I want to say a huge thank you to Mark and Denise for such excellent customer care! We bought a mattress from bed-e-buys 5 years ago, which was a great experience and we were very happy with our purchase. However a few weeks ago we thought our mattress may have a fault and raised claim under the warranty. The mattress was assessed and found to be fine but bed-e-buys took the claim very seriously. Denise managed the claim directly with the supplier and kept us informed the whole way through via emails and calls. Thank you so much for looking after us so well, 5 years after our purchase!”

When I came back with my partner to buy a mattress, Zach helped us and was so helpful. His service was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Their manager of the store (forgotten his name sorry) was also incredibly helpful and lovely when we spoke with him at the end of the process. “We were so surprised to have found this amazing gem of a place to stay. It is more like a boutique bed and breakfast (minus having to get up for the breakfast because they just give you a basket of food that is well stocked and replenished each day so you can eat whenever you feel like it - loved that!). There were a lot of nice details put into refurbishing the rooms so that there was no mold smell at all, despite being over 300 years old! The furnishing and decor were wonderful with an incredibly comfortable bed. I can't say enough about the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff, Marie was awesome! They do little things like welcoming you in advance of your stay to make you feel invited and thought of, and there are real people to respond to you when you write back. They respond immediately with a lot of help with any questions you ever have. AND it is in a great part of Bath, really easy walking distance to everything! When I 'googled' the street, it looked a little funky and maybe not very nice, but it was not that way at all, it's a great street! This has been the best place we've stayed thus far in England with a great price for what you get. I can't recommend it enough!”

The location of Hiding Space Bath UK is also fantastic - just a short walk from the city center, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. And yet, despite its central location, the room was incredibly quiet and peaceful, making for a great night's sleep. Overall, I can't recommend Hiding Space Bath UK highly enough.
