“I'd never been inside until our visit. I'd walked past and peeked in and it always looked really small but I couldn't have been anymore wrong! Huge soft play with a nice little cafe, lots of seating area where you can still see your child, lots of different sensory equipment and slides etc. Big ball pit ,and the baby part was really good too! I have honestly never seen my baby thrive so much in 1 soft play! Reasonably priced too. Only thing I didn't really like was that the lady told my son he had made more work for her by getting balls out the ball pit (didn't sound very jokey) even though we'd literally just got there and he only crawled over to them but a very very minor dislike”

“Nevwr been before, parking was easy as we had repaid. The day was fine and stuff going on all day. Lots of places to eat and drink and rides and enough to keep the kids entertained. The night was very busy though and took a while to get to food vendors. One criticism wasnt enough toilets for the event and they were looked after. Otherwise was a good day and would def go again.”

“We'd previously been at a different nursery that my daughter didn't get on with but she loves it at Bright Horizons. She's been there 1.5 years now and all the staff know her by name and talk to her. They all make an effort to understand her and what she needs. The outside space is amazing and they do activities like forest school where they take them offsite. Danielle, Alisha, Jenny & Jade really couldn't do more to make her have more fun at nursery.”

“Booked this hotel the night before flying from Bristol airport. Staff were friendly and efficient and check in was quick and easy. The room we had was clean and very comfortable. I also booked car parking for the week with shuttle transfer to the airport, for some reason it wasn't available at 4am the following morning, but without even asking they arranged a complementary taxi to take us, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. pick up from the airport was just as efficient, just a call to the driver and ten minutes later he arrived to take us back to our car. Just couldn't find fault with this hotel or any of there staff.”

“I absolutely love Nuffield Bristol North - I teach Zumba, Kids Multi-circuit and Fitness Pilates here and have done for may years. The club is super friendly, both members and staff with up to date equipment plus 100's of awesome classes with enthusiastic instructors like me! “I absolutely love this nursery.... My daughter started there in march 2024 & did take a while to adjust to a new setting with new people etc but I cannot praise the staff enough for everything they've done to settle her in. She asks to go now, tells me she's excited to go, always has the best day there & I can see the development in her over the last few months. They provide a really safe, fun environment for her & the other children. I looked at a few nurseries before deciding on this one & it was because of the way the staff interacted & communicated with the children that sold it to me. I would recommend cuddles & care to anyone looking for a calm, fun environment for their children & again, can't thank the staff enough for everything they've done for my daughter.”

“Placed a order for a bistro set but had to collect this from another store the other side of down. Well parts missing and was really disappointed , rang the store were I collected it from but no help. Then did one of those live chats and it was like talking to a robot and almost gave up. Decided to come to my local store in Filton and met a lovely young man called Chris who went above and beyond , great customer service, so friendly, helpful and very professional. I can not recommend this store enough, every time I have shopped here the staff have also been brilliant but today was even more so , can’t thank you enough.”
