“It’s not possible to praise or recommend Jon highly enough, exceptional bike fitter and phenomenal person. I sustained a brain injury which makes judging if things feel better or worse nigh on impossible so wouldn’t be able to give the normal feedback, his expertise and vast experience meant that he recognised a significant hip issue, which I wasn’t aware of, and several bike fit problems and he did it all with good humour and put me totally at ease. I’m now in the care of an osteopath with hope to get back on a bike. Absolutely excellent service and so very grateful.”

“This shop specialises in Bra fitting but I was shopping for swimming costumes. They have an amazing choice of styles and colours. I couldn't choose between the 2 that were the best fit so bought them both. One is maybe a little too colourful for the local pool, but perfect for holiday. Extremely helpful staff.”

Please note that this is a "Trade Only" merchant so if you are a retail customer they may note be able to serve you unless you have been sent in by your plumber/fitter to choose your bath/shower etc. This is down to local planning laws, not them being awkward as they would love to serve retail too.”

“Fantastic service. I visited to buy a fire extinguisher because my brake had seized an I was concerned about a fire issues. No garages were able to fix the issue immediately in order for me to return to Cardiff. The assistant manager phoned around for me and arranged for a mobile mechanic to fit a new caliper outside their shop. Truly tremendous service and the repair was excellent value too. I’d thoroughly recommend this branch for their helpfulness and personal thanks to the assistant manager for her invaluable help!”

When I came to pick up my car he showed me the report and said I did not need any further work which made me feel reassured. He was a true gentleman, it can be intimidating going into a garage as a woman but he was honest and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here again.”
