Paul especially has always taken care of us and tailores his gymnastics expertise to movements for us on skis in the park. I have seen many friends and myself take skills and exercises we have learned in the gym to improve ourselves on the slopes. The team always do a great job adapting our sessions to all the various skill levels of the members we bring. Everyone equally has a great time and has the opportunity to progress!β

βI couldnβt recommend 360 pole enough! It has changed me for the better. Iβve gained muscle in places Iβve never had muscle and I can do so much more than I ever thought I could do! I have so much fun and I leave there smiling ear to ear! Amy is an incredible instructor! She leaves my jaw on the floor with everything she does. If Iβm half a good a pole dancer as she is (with her as a teacher, I know I will) then Iβve succeeded in LIFE! This is something Iβll do for life!β
