“Really great service! Very helpful staff keen to ensure that I got the right product to suit my needs through giving good advice. Nothing was too much for the drivers who delivered and customer service at the branch was excellent too. Thank you.”
“Superb, always has a huge range at great prices with helpful staff.”
“Great staff really friendly.cant go wrong if you're after a kitchen, ask for Chloe lovely girl..”
“We’re totally in love with our new kitchen and Mike at the Bath branch made everything very easy from start to finish. Our fitter Max was incredible too and ensured everything was flawless and done to the highest possible standard.”
“went in there today to send package, the lady was so helpful, the instructions for getting the right amount of labels to send my package weren’t very clear, but the really nice & helpful lady printed off the labels that were needed to send my package definitely a shop i use as it’s sales so much variety of stuff & it’s also a lovely clean shop with lovely friendly staff.”
“Helpful staff and always welcoming! Good range of products and can easily have online items delivered to store for collection. Always excellent customer service and have adapted to COVID restrictions well.”
“If they have what you want, look no further. PrimeTools will have the best price, will have free delivery, will deliver when they say, and their customer service is tip top,”
“This is an excellent supplier of building materials and tools. The staff are always very helpful. The yard can get busy at times with vehicles. They also have an excellent delivery service. Catering to the DIY and trade markets. Located at the bottom of Chepstow, they are easily located.”
“Excellent service! We had a dishwasher fail at a holiday let, and NEA had a new appliance delivered and installed by 10am the very next morning. Great communication and efficiency — thank you for looking after us. We wouldn’t hesitate to call again in the future.”
“Fantastic customer service every time I visit. This time I explained I needed a new valve for a tap we brought from them a couple of years ago. The team sourced a new one within five minutes and provided it for free. Brilliant.”
“Good size store with a stock of garden, diy and decorating supplies. I asked where to find a washing line and the member of staff was pleasant and helpful. The self check out is a little strange, it felt a bit like I was using a staff till but it did get the job done!”
“Visited this store recently, it is MUCH bigger than you initially think. The store just seems to keep going and going. Plenty of friendly staff and a huge abundance of products to choose from. There is car parking close by which ranges from free for the first three hours to the closest one which is a pay on arrival but means you are nice and close. Not much more to say really, other than local youths constantly asking who I was looking for, referring to local police and implying or outright asking if I was police or what a policeman is doing here. Hmm.”
“Had to return a unwanted gift today and met a fantastic young man called Thomas at the store entrance, he was outstanding so friendly, helpful and very professional. A real credit to the company. The staff at this store are all great, makes it a real pleasure to shop there unlike the other store’s on this complex, went to another similar store and all I can say is no customer service, price labels all wrong if they even have one. Well done Wilko I really appreciate such good service.”
“Sales Person Spencer was very good, he listened to me when explaining what i needed and showed me suitable mattresses in my price range. no pressure to stretch my budget. clear communication with an approachable real human being.”
“Friendly helpful staff. Had most of what I wanted, all good.”
“Conner responded immediately to our presence. He was very helpful , nothing was too much trouble , he was patient in handling our “pen- pusher” questions and we left chuffed with our decision to drop by at Kelllaway and make a purchase. Well done.”
“Extremely welcoming staff who I don't envy, as the customer service needs to be tip top considering the heightened price you pay over anywhere else. But in terms of the town centre, there isn't another place like it, but I tend to go just for the staff, especially the big chap, he is always so helpful.”
“Wow! What an experience. We are wanting a new kitchen, a once in a lifetime Kitchen after working for many years. Holly was phenomenal in listening to what we were thinking about, wanting etc. listening and hearing often don’t go together but not in this case. Every detail, question, thought was never too much and her advice from all her experience was invaluable. In our heads we have a great kitchen and details like work surface, back boards as I call it, to sinks, their colour and type were never too much when looking, asking and hearing Holly’s thoughts. The welcome on arrival was so warm and the star of the show, sorry all, was the lovely friendly ‘ bitsa Irish setter dog’ ! Thank you all for making this once in a life time experience one, when we left, of bringing a broad smile to our faces.”
“Went in for some floorboards. The team were very helpful. Nigel specifically was excellent in the timber yard, ensuring we had the right amount of wood and going overboard to make sure we were all good. *We are not builders or merchants. Thanks Jewsons Bath”
“Quick and easy and helpful staff”
“I ordered some topsoil from this company. My experience of this company has been great: The two delivery drivers were very professional and very friendly and polite and my partner dealt with James, think he’s a manager, again he was very professional, friendly and polite. I would not hesitate in recommending this company, particularly the Nailsea branch.”
“Great Service, professional staff,reasonable prices”
“Amazing people, very knowledgeable and super helpful”
“You can’t call yourself a proper Bristolian. If you do not know about the Wot Not. It’s a fantastic treasurer of fantastic Phinn. I never leave empty-handed. They offer a great selling service on your behalf, and they take a reasonable commission. I over the years have made lots of money from the Wot Not. they are very good and they know what will sell and what it will sell for. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to the Wot Not if you’re looking for some interesting fines or even just some regular household furniture. They have a great selection of used bikes as well. Keep up the good work team Wot Not!”
“Pre-fitting appointments have been great! Comfortable, informative, thorough. We’ve had two different surveyors come by to ensure measurements are correct prior ordering. The kitchen designer Chelsea Saroe has been very helpful throughout the entire process. Now just waiting for delivery. Edited 28.02.2025: We first visited the Wren showroom in Cribbs Causeway on 14th of September 2024, where we met Chelsea Saroe, Design Consultant. She was very attentive to my wish list, very friendly and helpful. The whole process from purchase to completion went very smoothly, I was quite impressed at the level of attention you get from Wren, being contacted several times to allocate the different steps precisely along the way, great service! We chose to go with Wren’s “full package”, meaning we got kitchen furniture, appliances, quartz worktops, and full fitting service from Wren. Wren furniture (Infinity Plus) is of great quality, it was delivered fully assembled and wrapped up in a way to protect its exterior quite well. The delivery team was great, they organised all the bits according to my instructions so we could still walk around the space and make sure our Wren’s allocated fitter could easily start fitting. We got lucky with our fitter, Lewis Boyd, he knows well what he is doing, intelligent, open, very tidy and hard working, very attentive and respectful. Plus he also does tiles - which we paid for separately and directly to him. Worktops were surveyed promptly after 1st dry fit and delivered after 11 days. We added a bit to the kitchen that Wren doesn’t do, a roller shutter, so we purchased an extra Wren shelving larder unit, and the roller shutter mechanism from east coast kitchens dot co dot uk, Lewis reduced the size of the preassembled shelving larder unit in situ without any issues and assembled the roller shutter to perfection! So happy! Tiles were fitted exactly how I planned and they look great! White small tiles and black grout are not the easiest to work with but Lewis was fearless and tackled the job with excellence! Important to mention: Lewis went out of his way, as per my request, to add 2x half back panels to our bin and sink units as these Wren units come without a back panel - a little disappointed with Wren about that… Another thing that we changed from Wren’s original furniture is the plinth sealing strip (that transparent plastic between the plinth and the floor) - we purchased a black self adhesive soft rubber/silicone plinth protector from Amazon that suits the kitchen a lot better, and has a minimal look. We also asked Lewis to route a channel under our wall unit for a strip light (since we wanted to add smart lights and a slimmer light profile). All extra bits of fitting were paid to Lewis directly and he’s price was quite reasonable. Yes, I would definitely recommend Wren at Cribbs Causeway! And most certainly Lewis Boyd!”
“Useful everything store. I could spend hours there looking through the kitchenware stuff. Very easy to come out having bought things you weren't planning on. It's the best place to go for decently priced decent quality household items of every kind, so it's popular with new students and homeowners :) The staff are nice and they run a program helping post-prison rehabilitation and reintroduction into the workforce.”
“Throughly enjoyed my evening being entertained with stories from Mick Foley. The Christmas decorations were a nice throwback to my childhood as well!!”
“A great shop with a good range of items that are high quality and very good value. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful and I almost always find what I'm looking for. The quick access to the town centre and cark park is a big bonus. However, it would be nice to have more staffed checkouts open as their version of a self-service checkout is less good than a standard one you'd find in other stores. It would also be nice to see them offer a take-away/meal-deal section as this isn't really something they do at the moment. Overall, it's a great store and I would highly recommended it!”
“Fantastic service, quick and efficient over the counter or phone, really know their products and a great delivery service. I would recommend them all day long.”
“Went here for the first time in years. Was able to get the wood I needed for the renovation job I am currently doing in my house. Was able to park in their yard. Wood was cut to size and carried to my car and loaded for me. Was very happy with the service.”
